Penny homes have done a most excellent job with our beautiful home. This was our first home build and they made the whole build process very easy and comfortable. Clear communications between us, the project managers and the office. Our house is slightly larger than the average home and we feel that Penny Homes pulled out all the stops to make this house a masterpiece. All contractors that were used were highly skilled and seemed happy to be working on our site. Considering the delays we had with Covid lockdowns and limited build supplies they still managed to finish the house within an acceptable timeframe. We are very happy with our new home and look forward to build another home with Penny Homes in the future.

Building a dream home is not easy, from the choosing the section, designing the house, choosing colours, etc, but Penny Homes was there for us , achieving our dream home. The amount of professionalism of the people who helped us was exceptional. From sales upto the time we received our key. We're still in awe upto this moment that we already living in our dream home. Huge shout out to: Willie, Luke, Darryn and Jen!!! You're amazing guys!

Penny Homes. Wow, what can I say. We loved the whole journey of building our first home with you. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely care free and we knew we were in good hands. All our design requests were taken care of, and were followed through right to the tee. We enjoyed the whole building process so much, that we have decided to build our second family home with them. The whole crew is amazing and we are excited to be embarking on this journey again :)

We have recently moved into our new home in Penny Grove and we are absolutely delighted with the result. Penny Homes has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and the whole planning and building process has been stress-free and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The standard of build is excellent, we have a quality home with everything we wanted. From sales and administration to project management and all the contractors involved, the whole team was friendly, helpful and professional, all aiming for and achieving a high standard with outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble. Would we do it again? Yes, and we would highly recommend Penny Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home!

We recommend Penny Homes as a preferred builder company after our experience in building with them in 2019. After a year of living in our lovely home, we reflect on the high standard of construction and professional manner in which the company's employees went about the sale, guidance, planning and building of the home through to completion. There were regular updates and communication with us throughout the build by the Project Manager and recently Pennys conducted a one-year-on inspection and put plans in motion to have corrections put right. These were very minor in nature. We highly recommend Penny Homes to anyone considering building a new home that is precise in the initial quote provided for the build and for the friendly, worry-free approach conducted by the company. We have been lucky enought to build 4 houses with Penny homes now .We have found them to be very professional in all trades and the sales side of it was fast accurate and a pleasure to deal with.That is why we have built 4 houses with Penny’s and have not looked to go anywhere else.
