E.Ben did two reports for us.
Both reports were extremely thorough - 48+ pages.
The report covering key areas of the property and included lots of detail and clear photos. It even includes the small stuff, eg. chips in tiles and loose toilet roll holders.
As someone buying property from out of town these reports were invaluable when dealing with insurers, our decision making and negotiations.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Southern Property Inspections.

G.Ben was referred through a local real estate agent. I text Ben who responded promptly and organised directly with the agent for a building report to be completed. On completion of the building report (less than 24hrs) which showed a couple of issues - Ben was available for phone calls (anytime/approx. 5), 2 more inspections in order to complete the building inspection.

J.Ben did a residential property inspection for me. Ben was super-easy to 'line up'. He was great on the day and did not mind that I followed him around and asked lots of questions. He pointed things out and gave me lots of good advice on the day (loved that he had a drone that could look at the roof on the 2-storey property without any hassle). The written building report came through within 24 hours (with really useful photos). He was happy to recommend contractors to do various jobs. Plus he followed up a few weeks later to see if there was anything else he could help with. FANTASTIC. Absolutely recommend Ben and would definitely use him again.
