“Jolanda and I felt we weren’t in a financial position to have an architecturally designed home. We were prepared to choose one of the thousands of plans out in the market. Build7 is different; we sat down with Greg our Customer Relationship Manager and provided our house dreams (must haves & wish list). We were blown away with the plans that came back & only made one change. It wasn’t just a plan on a piece of paper – we had 3D renders of our dream! We paid nothing for this service, and paid a 10% deposit upon signing the contract for the working drawings to be prepared. I worked with Jamie and Fran from Build7 for nearly 2 years on various aspects of their business. If I lived in Canterbury, they would be my first choice by far if I wanted to build new.
