R.Geoff and his team build our house last year. I highly recommend Geoff Davis Builders because Geoff is the sort of guy you need when you build a house. Geoff was very accomodating and first and foremost he was reliable. If Geoff promised us to make something happen he did ALWAYS. Geoff´s crew is amazing especially Hayden and Blair delivered top workmanship. Our house is architectural designed and technically it is not always easy but they deilivered everything we wanted without hesitation. If we changed our plan slightly it didnt cost us huge amounts. We felt that Geoff wasnt using this to make money on us, which gave us the impression that Geoff is not only a buisnessman but someone who enjoys relations and he contributes to a positve environment. Only one thing went wrong and that was our polished concrete floor, we had the concrete doctors here from Otaki and although Geoff used them in his own house where they delivered a good job, at our place they delivered an unacceptable product.
Geoff supported us in any way and did everything he could to make them come back to repolish it, but they came back later and the floor is still disapointing for us. We feel that Geoff did everything to get the best possible outcome for us. And with concrete floors you get only one shot and after that it is very difficult.
Geoff Davies Builders is the builder who delivers what he promises and he is always there for you if you need him during your journey.
