m.Steve and his company, Coastline Excavators, are helping me develop my dream chunk of bare land in Whangarei area. Steve made himself available at very short notice to meet on site and share some ideas, challenges and realistic expectations. The plan evolved into on-site earthworks quickly and I was able to achieve more than expected. The project is ready to enter 2nd phase and it's great having Steve available on phone/ email and work through stuff. He is very professional and generously shares ideas and improvements. His quotes are very accurate and he has access to other trades that I will be engaging in the future. By default, Steve has become the project manager, great to work with and very tidy finisher. I'd recommend that anyone looking at a lifestyle block for bespoke or improvements, gives Steve a shout and bring those dreams alive!

T.Steve worked on creating an arena for us on quite a difficult, steep site. He was fast and efficient and we were thrilled with the results. There has been absolutely no pooling of water in heavy rain. A lovely arena to ride in with a really tidy finish!
