S.I was searching online for parts to fit my toyota hiace and needed a rear bumper and sliding door connector, this firm came up and being a senior citizen I'm not to savvy when it comes to ordering and paying online, I sent photos of the parts I required and a lovely lady Clare helped me out and sent me photos of the parts available, after emails back and forward, an invoice was sent which included price plus gst and courier, parts arrived in good condition and reasonably priced, they are now fitted and I'm so grateful for the service I received
