A.Albeit there's always a looong queue on their peak times and days, I noticed customers are always well attended and entertained when it's their time.
Apart from electronics and crafts and school supplies available, they also have printing and passport photo services.
P.Purchased a HP small printer 3 month ago and it do not work well ever. Bring it back to store, staff helped replaced it with new one(same or other model you like) immediately, not a "send to HP repair and keep you wait".

I.The staff is friendly and always goes out of their way to help us with all our business printing needs.
G.Smaller stationery store as compared to some of their others, but I was able to walk in and within a meter was the printer ink I needed. Then had a quick look at some USB adapters on a shelf nearby, before heading to the counter. Only 1 register I think, but doesn't seem like you'd really be waiting behind more than 1 person on average. Most of the store seemed to be paper and boxes and stuff.
I.Thanks Ruth. Great service, the store was busy but when I got to the counter it was 100% efficiency. As for the price ... wowza. Great value and money well spent .... off back to the office on sunday to build another new website.
