Nice to deal with, good communication and awesome designs of the Rātaka diaries

I buy the diaries every year and have done so for the past 10 years (or more); sadly the ribbon is now a 2nd rate ribbon in the diary and lasts very little time. PS I don't abuse the ribbon. This years ribbon (in March) is about to rip off.
