I have produced about 10 + momento books over the past 15 years. Earlier this year, I tried a competitive photo book software. I cannot begin to compare them as like for like. The quality of the Momento books, the incredible depth of function of the momento software and its ease of use and the responsive of the Momento team mean I will never choose to go elsewhere again. It was so easy to use that I have just I created 4 different photo books this week on the Momento platform in 4 days. I am very glad to be using Momento! Thank you for the beautiful Photobook I received last week. I love the linen cover with embossed name on the front and the Lay-flat Lustre paper was an excellent choice. In particular I want to thank Jackie Lentell (NZ office) for her wonderful customer service. As this was my first time putting together a photobook I phoned the office on several occasions to get some guidance. Jackie was always warm and engaging and willing to spend the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Momento and Jackie. My photobook was to commemorate my little dog who died earlier in the year. The book is of very high quality and will be treasured forever. Kind regards, Christine

I recently used Momento for the first time to create my own wedding album. I had 600 photos to fit in and wanted something really special. Jacky who is the customer service person based in Wellington provided excellent professional and friendly support and was always available to speak to. She was guiding me through the process of creating and ordering the 6 albums. I felt in great hands and trusted the process. When I received the albums in the mail and open them for the first time, it was VERY special. The quality is AMAZING, the colours of the photos, the paper, the fabric on the outside, just divine. I am absolutely happy with them and decided to now create a photo album every year using momento. HIGHLY recommend to any one who appreciates great quality and outstanding customer service.

I recently completed a photo book for my dads 70th birthday. To say I was blown away with the final product would be an understatement! My book is absolutely stunning and I can’t believe how beautiful it has turned out. The quality of the cover and the pages is amazing and even old photos look great in the book. It was the first time I was using Momento and found it straight forward to use. The tutorial videos are great too! When I wanted to double check a few things I rang the NZ office and Jackie was super friendly and helpful providing advice and support over the phone. Definitely recommend and I’ll definitely use them again.

Wow! Well it took me about a year to complete just one recipe book and I am so in love! Being not so great with computers ( Hence the year) I had so many questions about how to do so many things and Jackie was amazing! Always at the end of an email to help me when I needed it! The book itself is beautiful (if I do say do myself) I’m giving it as a gift and know my friends family recipes will last a long time. The quality and care taken to produce it is phenomenal. It really is a gorgeous book that in time I can see it as something that can passed down in time to come. I’m now on book two and book three of recipes . Book 4 is my head for the moment but I’m really looking forward to seeing them all come to life! Book four I plan to make a personalised children’s book for a special little person I know and I know Jackie and the team at Momento will have a lot to help me with, the cool thing is, it’s never to much trouble and I’ve never had to wait long for a reply. Thank you Momento I’m so glad I picked you, I haven’t regretted it nor will go anywhere else. To anyone reading this review, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I have been making photobooks with Momento since 2011 and I have been thrilled with them every time. The printing is beautiful and the binding is perfect. The software is super easy to use and allows many different options so my books look exactly how I want them to look. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend using Momento.

Wow just Wow! Our first photo book completed and it looks fabulous. The book is a quality keeper of memories. Delivery was when it was stated to be. Everyone who sees the book asks who produced it - exceptional. Can't wait to do another one.

Great first time experience, easy to follow for a 72 yr old with a little help from our daughter, delivery and tracking was superb. Have shown many people before I head off to Vancouver and the comment is how they are impressed with the quality of paper and how it makes a difference to the photos.
