c.Robert, Devin and Chad at 3Design have been fantastic to deal with. I bought a Wanhao I3 Plus from them and after about a month it started playing up. I later found it was one of the faulty ones, but they guys did everything they could to fix the issue. In the end, they sent me a brand new machine and so far, its running even better than the first one.
If you are looking at buying a 3D Printer, seriously consider getting it from 3Design. Great customer service is rare these days and 3Design know how to treat their customers well. So, thanks again guys, I'm sure I will be ordering some filament from you in the not too distant future.
A.I recently purchased the Cubicon Single 3d printer through Robert and his team at 3Design. It was great to get knowledgeable advice from experts in the field of 3d printing, and who stand behind there product.
After using the printer for over a week now, I am extremely wrapped with the purchase, the quality of the printer over other similar printers i have used @ similar costs leaves them all for dust.
I had done a fair amount of research and talked to a lot of salesmen from different companies prior to purchasing my new 3d printer and would urge anyone in the market for a 3d Printer to go directly to the team at 3Design.

C.I used 3Design to design and print a radio clip that kept breaking but the radio supplier did not hold any parts for. Very frustrating. 3Design took the broken clip, made a stronger design and just printed it!! Now, when the other original clips break, I can just get another one printed. These guys are friendly, responsive and get the job done using 3D printing technology. Thanks 3Design team.
