J.Super friendly and super helpful people here - it looks like a small family run office supplies business with a reasonable range of printer supplies, printers, hard drives, cell phone accessories and art supplies. They might not have the range of products that warehouse stationery has or PB Technologies, but they make up for it in pricing and customer service. Definitely going back to see Pawan when i need more replacement ink for my printer.

F.I want to say about the online Customer Service I experienced with Office Connect. It was very quick and precise and considering its a Public Holiday today, extremely efficient. I was super impressed by Ren who I was connected to and would not hesitate to recommend. Its so often that the back up services in companies is disappointing but definenatly not in Office Connect! Thank you!

M.Amazing service! After a bit of confusion, partly on my end about an item being in stock, which could be stated a bit clearer about where the item is in stock when there is only one store and no mention of an Auckland Distribution Centre, one would assume the item is in stock at the store as it still stated 'in stock' when I purchased online for pick up. Nevertheless, following that issue I contacted someone through the instant chat service to get my order changed to delivery to my address as it was urgent and I have to say, the communication was great with almost instant responses and they were super helpful with all my queries and I received my order within 2 days even with the changes. Definitely recommend these guys and really appreciate the help from them.

L.During lockdown i ordered and had delivered some office equipment online from Office Connect Tauranga. After it was delivered, I needed some advice. Spoke with Ren who was a saint - I am a "dinosaur" and he was very very patient with me. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and thoroughly recommend.

Got an email to say order placed, another personally written email thanking me for my order another email same day to say it had been dispatched and another email to say it had been delivered and it was. The very next day. I then had an email thanking me, hoping I enjoy my product and a voucher for 5% off my next order. Could not recommend high enough. I would definitely be using their service again. S.After some initial frustration with an item showing as in-stock but being unable to be fulfilled the team at Office Connect put things right and I've now received the product. It took some time but they were faithful to the mantra of "it is the putting right that counts".
T.reliable service and very good at staying in touch, such great produces, they are sturdy boxes and i have enjoyed using them as gift boxes for baking.
