Reviews of Christchurch Anxiety&Depression Therapy

If you're struggling in life, and trying to decide if you should reach out for help, I genuinely recommend contacting Becky. You don't have to suffer so much every day. Becky is incredibly skillful, insightful, experienced, and effective. She's also down-to-earth, approachable, and has a way of making you feel comfortable, safe, and that things will be okay, even when you're at your very lowest.
She held a lamp as I trudged through a very long, dark, tunnel, and she held it there until I made it safely out the other side. I was at such a low point that it is not an exaggeration to say she saved my life. She also showed me how to save my own life. Now I feel more at ease in my own skin, lighter in my heart, less scared and worried, more confident and relaxed about everything. I've been able to get through, and let go of, things I have silently struggled with for decades.
There IS competent help available... her name is Becky. Go on, future-you will be glad you did.

I have been working with Becky for approximately 5 month now and the change has been quite dramatic. I am feelingly like myself again but wiser.
The skills that Becky has taught me through CBT are ones that I will be able to use for the rest of my life to keep my anxieties in check.
Becky is both professional and approachable, no nonsense and personable, a great balance of knowing when to listen and when to interject.
I would highly recommend Becky as a therapist and would encourage anyone considering to take this step in their life journey to contact her and see how she can help you.

I have worked in the field of mental health with Becky for a number of years. I can attest, not only to her personal qualities of warmth, compassion and genuineness, but also to her high level of ethical and professional standards.
Choosing to see a therapist is a big decision. Perhaps you have reached a point where you feel you need some guidance, feel stuck or want to move forward?
I would highly recommend Becky as she is astute and has years of clinical experience. Becky has worked with people from many backgrounds, across the lifespan, who have struggled with a range of emotional, behavioural and interpersonal difficulties. I believe, with her therapeutic approach, you will gain clarity on the issues that led you to seeking therapy. Her aim is to teach you how your beliefs may be examined and replaced with thoughts and behaviours that ultimately give you freedom to live a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
So I would recommend giving her a call. Even if the CBT approach isn't quite the right fit for now, Becky will be helpful in pointing you in the right direction to other services.
