He is very observant, and the feedback he gives helps give you further insight into what's going on inside your mind and soul. Even in my first few sessions, he pointed out things that changed my way of thinking about anxiety and depression, which helped me immensely and provided me answers I needed, as well as the tools to help combat anxiety.
