Malin has a wealth of experience and her style of counseling and coaching is genuine, relaxed and straight up. With humor, and the odd swear word, Malin helps you to break through to the underlying cause and nail it. I highly recommend having a chat to Malin if you really want to make some changes.

Attending some sessions with Malin has been one of the best decisions I ever made. I was feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, trapped and misunderstood. I was a little nervous and slightly sceptical about the idea of ‘seeing a therapist’ but I later found myself telling a friend that the experience had been life changing. From the moment I walked through the door, Malin put me at ease and listened without judgement. I felt accepted, understood and validated. Through our sessions together I was able to view my situation more objectively and recognise behaviours that kept producing the same negative outcomes. Through objectivity came a greater clarity of understanding, which enabled me to take action. After our sessions together, I gradually started to work on some strategies to end this destructive cycle in which I had become entrenched. It took time and patience but with Malin’s help and support I was able to find a path that steered me away from constant conflict and pain and into a far more stable and harmonious atmosphere.
