Antonia has so much passion for her work. It's a way of living and being for her, Antonia really embodies what she teaches. I would love to see lots more people attending her mindfulness courses because most people need to slow down and reconnect and Antonia has a beautiful way of teaching and guiding people to do just this. My daughter and I attended some of Antonia's yoga classes and really enjoyed how she makes everyone feel so relaxed and welcome and supported.

I highly recommend Antonia Fiteni having had several sessions with her. I found Antonia to hold such a high intention for me to shift my focus and assist me learning tools for the long term to help me calm my mind. In this day and age where it feels humanity sits in 'Fright and Flight' much of the time and we don't even know, my experience anyway, I really found Antonia to be a light leading me out of my tempory blur! Antonia creates a nonthreatening serene atmosphere where we are all here to listen and learn. The topics are explained and we explore them from our experiences. Sharing is an option in twos or with the larger group. Often it is at this time that the 'penny drops' and you see things differently. Keep up the good work Antonia.

Great MBSR course thanks Antonia. The workbook is full of detail and quite a few audio meditations provided. Would recommend this for anyone who needs help with stress, anxiety, pain and even just wants to be more in tune with themselves.

I would recommend Antonia and her MBSR course, you can tell that she knows her stuff and that she is no new be to these teachings, she has the ability to dig deep when she feels like that she is taking you In a direction for your self to see things about your way of thinking/being that you were not mindful of, so you can ask questions and inspire new ways of being. I would recommend all levels of people from season meditators to people looking for connection to ones self and people wanting to change direction in your life.
I enjoyed the MBSR course in its subtle way that it gently makes its way into your life and it has changed me for the better, from being more mindful in the moment, to managing stressful times in my life with much less anxiety, which is resulting a calmer me, better out comes for all and the best thing a happier me.
