They packaged the good brilliantly, so they arrived in perfect condition. I initially thought the service charge was high, but having realised how the team went above and beyond to ensure my fragile good were dilivered safely, I see that I received very good value.

A.Shipped a painting form NZ to Hong Kong. They gave me a shipping estimate based on the painting size and weight before I bought the painting and the final cost was pretty much exactly the estimate. This included shipping insurance for the value of the painting. Had their painting sent to their New Market address where Brendon and the team there packed it and sent it with DHL.The painting was received in HK within a week undamaged, well packed and insulated from potential damage. Brendan and the team were professional and were prompt and professional in their communication. they were also helpful in organising a customs number smooth processing. Would 100% use them again.
