I just want to say a HUGE thank you to you and your team for the incredible packing of my dads pottery and precious masks etc! They have arrived and I literally feel like it is my birthday. I could never have wrapped so well and think that if I had not asked you to repack so much would have been damaged. I am so happy. And now I have heaps of bubble wrap to pop 🤣 Seriously, awesome service.

Air NZ wouldn't take my bulky, heavy backpack as I was too slow checking in for a flight from Nelson. Bill packed it carefully, ran through complicated paperwork, and had it couriered to my door in the EU. Excellent service and worth the cost. Good communication, professional work. Thanks Bill!

Thanks so much Bill and Jo for organizing the pick up and transportation of our very fragile very large vase. You went out of your way to pick it up on a Sunday which took a bit of organizing. We had our concerns about the transportation as it was very delicate but had no reason for that as it was extremely well packed and arrived in pristine condition. Needed to have my delicate and fragile dining set to be collected from Takaka then sent to Wellington. I was a bit anxious so asked Bill to take pictures of their packaging inside and outside. Corresponded with him by email and phone. He did everything as requested sent pics, replied to every email and had wrapped each item very well. Not cheap but good service for the price if you want your item delivered in excellent condition and looked after. Will use their service again if I need in the future.

Needed an awkward size heavy item sent from Nelson to Auckland. Bill and his team was friendly and professional from the first call. They packaged up the item and it arrived in perfect condition. Couldn’t be more happy, and the price was very competitive. Highly recommended abs would definitely use them again if needed.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Bill and his team are so friendly and helpful - I've used their services twice now for shipping family heirlooms to Perth in Western Australia. I dropped off a heavy, large, horribly self packed, bike box full of stuff to ship to Indiana and when I returned home a few weeks later, a beautifully tight re-taped intact box greeted my arrival. They took care of all the customs issues and kept me informed throughout the process. They responded promptly to all my emails. I can't say enough good things about this shipping experience.

Had to ship a Dehumidifier from Nelson to Wellington - had no idea how to package it safely.
