Had an awesome experience with Pack and Send. Great service and very friendly staff who were happy to walk you through options. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Some heirlooms had to be sent to Auckland. Arrived within time limit given in perfect condition. Shane was so helpful and made the whole process so simple. He is such an asset, knows the job, and his lovely Irish personality is a winner. Excellent experience. Happy to make recommendation to others. Una Connolly, Wanaka.

Very impressed with this company. Shane was the man who helped us to get our stuff to Auckland on time. He requested for a special pick up of our stuff and to be stored temporarily there until we arrive. He made sure that the courier will deliver our stuff on the day we agreed on. Top service and Shane is the key to all these.

Shane went above and beyond to try and help me out. I have a broken leg and was unable to make it in to the pack & send office to try and arrange a shipment, Shane came to my house to pick it up and was super friendly through all of our interactions. 10/10 and will recommend to others.

We had an important painting sent from Queenstown to Auckland. Their packaging was extremely proffessional and delivery times was as described. We would use them again.

Easy as pie! Packaged myself and dropped off to the Wellington depot and 3days later ended at its final destination, Queenstown, bloody quick! Great service, super easy to deal with and will be using again for sure :)

The guys at Pak & Send helped me out on two separate occasions with sending stuff back to the UK. They did their best to make it as cheap as possible, and explained all the options to me in detail. They also had good follow-up care, sending me the documentation links required to apply for customs charge rebates etc. Would recommend these guys for sure!

Entrusted a rare signed and used golf bag to P&S to go from NZ to the US. Staff could not have been more helpful. Magnificently packed. Promptly delivered and great comms through the whole process. Top marks all the way :)

helpful and friendly and chased things up that were split delivered at the other end, goods arrived a week later than anticipated but that could be due to reduced freight services. Always lots of facets in a service like this i would imagine. The service from the Pack & Sends end was fantastic. would use them again

The service from Pack & Send Queenstown was amazing! I needed to collect my friends bags from his accomodation in Queenstown as he ended up in Dunedin hospital, they went and collected his bags, re packed some things in a box to keep it all safe, then gave me a great price to send it to Westport. The chap on the phone Shane made the process so easy, thanks pack & send!

These guys are bl##dy legends. I left my $1400 camera at the car rental place in Queenstown. The car rental place was uber busy and didn't or couldn't assist. Pack and Send Queenstown came to the rescue and safely picked my camera up and got it to me in Wellington. Use them.

The Queenstown P & S provided me really great service. I was using a really good walking stick on my many hikes in NZ. I decided at the last minute that I wanted to bring it home to the States with me. Unfortunately, I decided this on Sunday morning as I was leaving for the airport. The store was closed so I left the stick with a note on their doorstep. They contacted me by email and phone, and then a few days later my stick arrived at my home in perfect condition. Thank you for perfect service !!!!

I am an Arrowtown artist selling high-end artworks to a largely international market, so the company I use has to know how to handle artworks and be reliable with deliveries. I have sent my artwork using Pack and Send Queenstown for several years now and they are fantastic at what they do. The staff are friendly and helpful and take the greatest care of my paintings. Every item that they have handled has arrived safely and been in perfect condition. I thoroughly recommend using Pack and Send Queenstown.

Unbelievable troubleshooting and brainstorming of solutions to a problem I got myself into. Shane at Pack & Send in Queenstown was able to source domestic transport for my parcel from Queenstown to Auckland within hours of our conversation. The information given to me by Shane allowed me to price my realistic best option, both financially and reliably which Pack & Send where miles ahead of all other companies and personal ideas. These people could not have been more helpful; made an accurate cost assessment, talked me through processes for getting shipment ready, labelled, collected and delivered, with alerts when I needed to do something further. Package arrived in excellent condition and staff were very friendly and helpful. I tried to do same task with other places and could not even get a reply to my queries. These people are so helpful and good at their work.

I have been sending packages with QST P&S for several years. They have always been very helpful and have packaged the goods superbly. Lately I accidently left some photos behind and they were so kind as to Pack and Send them for me. Their courteous service goes above and beyond the normal call of duty. Their prices also are very competitive. Therefore overall they offer an excellent service.

We had exceptional service from Prue who help us send our ski gear back to the UK. She went above and beyond our expections, helping us pack our things effectively into a small box to save us money as well as accomodating our complex logistical demands. Always so friendly, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond when I had trouble getting a parcel picked up in Italy and continued to help me through the process for months. Pack and Send are now the only company I use.

Pack & Send offered a faultless service - prompt collection of the items being sent, excellent communication and prompt delivery the other end.

I use Pack and send for all of my overseas artwork. They box them all up beautifully and then arrange for DHL to collect from them. Takes all the worry out of the process and I can send fragile artworks with confidence knowing they will arrive in one piece. Thank you Marsden and Pru for doing such an amazing professional job at such a reasonable price.

Updated, see end: I submitted the online form for a quote, the followed up with a phone call and the quote came through later that day. There were 3 mistakes on the quote including the destination of the package, the service requested and that it needed picked up. I rang to correct the information so that I could get the quote updated. I was told that I was wrong about my postcode and the staff member on the phone proceeded to talk over me and insist that the were correct ( the quote said wanaka instead of queenstown as the destination). The never sent a new quote, it's been a week. This was for $700 worth of shipping and insurance. I will avoid dealing with them again and would suggest that you look for other options. Pack and Send contacted me after leaving the review and did a very good job of remediating the situation. Their communication was good and they worked very hard to ensure that the situation was satisfactorily resolved.
