Amazing experience with Dr Krystal and the team at All Smiles! Friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the way we were given all the information plainly and explained thoroughly. We were offered options, and given honest educated advice. This clinic really is passionate about their work and CARES for their patients. Our previous experience with dentists in NZ was not great, but All Smiles has not only restored our faith in dentists - but made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. THANK YOU!!

The team at All Smiles Dental are fantastic! I went to another clinic for my toothache and they were terrible. Luckily i found Dr Krystal Tarak who took time to explain what was needed for my teeth. Despite my fear of dentist, it was a pleasant experience and i look forward to going back. Awesome service. Highly recommend!

Honestly such a good Dentist. As someone with severe dental anxiety I was in a bit of a state when it became apparent I had some serious dental work that needed to be done (Root Canal). However, Dr. Krystal and her team were kind, gentle and understanding, most importantly they helped get me on the mend. On top of this they have a great customer service team that check in after appointments to make sure everything is comfortable. Overall If I could rate them higher I would, definitely worth the visit for anyone. 5/5.

Had my teeth cleaned with Grace and she’s easily the most knowledgeable hygienist I’ve ever met. I used to have braces so I frequently got my teeth cleaned with another dental clinic. She also helped recommend me some brushing/flossing habits specific to my teeth’s situation and is very friendly and willing to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Receptionist was so warm and lovely and Dr Shay was amazing. She gave me regular breaks to rest my jaw and mouth, told me what she was doing during each step which was a welcome change and even applied lip balm during the session to ease my lips which is something I have never had and really appreciated. Best dentist experience I have had.

Lovely sweet caring staff. Normally going to the dentist is very nerves for me but I felt very comfortable with All Smile dental. Sylvia Lee is very gentle I'm very happy with the results of the treatments I have received from her. Thank you.

Krystal and the team at all smiles are amazing! Thank you for all of your care over the past 2-3 years. At 53 I had never had teeth that I wanted to show but now I do :) I got Fast Braces and Krystal did an awesome job, they look great and her continuing care keeps them that way. Kisane always gives me a warm friendly welcome and a chat. Krystal, Grace and Jess are so friendly and gentle that I am no longer scared before my visits. I highly recommend this team, especially if you experience fear about going to the dentist.

Coming from Germany I had a great dentist for 25 years. My first few visits to dentists in New Zealand were all horrible and I thought this may just be the normal situation here. Then I found this one and what I can say, it's even better than my old German dentist. Maybe on the pricier side, but honestly for that service I would pay even more if I had to. Some may find the way everyone treats you and takes care of you the best. Personally I'm most impressed by the actual dentist skills from what I can tell.

Absolutely incredible experience, would highly recommend! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Krystal was the best orthodontist/dentist I could have asked for. She was extremely patient with all of my questions and has a wealth of knowledge. Krystal is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and happy with the process. I had fast braces and my teeth look amazing! They were off very fast and within the time frame I was given!

I came to Krystal for a Maryland bridge, encouraged by online reviews and also by the very personable approach from Jess who set up the appointment. Krystal did such a phenomenal job! Her approach is totally professional but also warm and caring and her expectations for the finished result are of a very high standard. Throughout each appointment Krystal explains what is happening and, with her team and the lab they work with, provides second to none service. I am so impressed and thoroughly recommend Krystal and her team at All Smiles Dental.

Great experience. The All Smiles Dental team are friendly and have created a comforting environment. I felt completely at ease, especially seeing as I hadn't been to see a dentist in awhile. Krystal and the team at all smiles are amazing, always friendly and happy to explain treatment options and plans. I had fast braces fitted and during the 10 month period I was very happy with progress and treatment. The original treatment plan was over 12 months but was reduced down to 10 and it was a fantastic result. I will continue to use All Smiles for my future dental requirements. Would recommend to all.

I am a very nervous patient and I can highly recommend the team at All Smiles Dental. From being greeted at Reception by Jess through to my consultation with Sylvia I was treated with sincere respect and kindness. I was also given precisely the right information I needed to feel confident that I was proceeding with the correct treatment.

I am the same as most people and a trip to the dentist is never something that I really look forward to. This was my first visit to All Smiles and I can not say enough for how comfortable everyone made me feel. When I walked in the door there was an air of calm and tranquility, the decor was clean and crisp and not sterile as it sometimes can be. I was welcomed and honestly treated like a friend. When I went into the dentist she was also very good. She took the time to find out about what was going on and history, not just looking in my mouth, this gave me confidence and put me at ease at the treatment which was required. All in all a great place, excellent service, highly professional with awesome communication.

I couldn't give All Smiles a higher recommendation. I'm a few sessions into my dental plan and I am so happy with the team at All Smiles. From the moment I walked in for my first appointment, Kisane made me feel at ease. My dentist Elizabeth and hygienist Grace have made every effort to make my sessions manageable and stress free. I have also been pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their prices are. Thanks a million!

My experience has been great, staff are all very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Dr. Krystal who took four of my wisdom teeths out last week and made me feel so calm and relax during the operation. I feel great after my surgery and definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Fantastic! from walking through the door, to treatment to a follow up phone call the next day. They ladies are incredible, and they not only make you feel welcomed, but they put those dentist nerves at ease. Krystal helped me with my dental fear, the procedure was painless and she was considerate to inform me of every step. Highly recommended and I cannot say enough good things.

Excellent service. Krystal is that unique combination of being caring and professional. I had 4 teeth extracted - something I was dreading - but Krystal made the experience a breeze! Kisane, her friendly receptionist, is delightful. Without doubt, the best dental practice I've ever been to. Highly recommended.

Wondefull and efficient service by Dr. Krystal and the girls. Very pleasant atmosphere and thorough explanation of the whole process including guide through X-rays and photos. Thankfully I only needed thorough polish and plaque removal so no pain this time around. My children, are all Dr. Krystal's patients including my daughter who is having braces done over the last year and everything is going smoothly. No hesitation in recommending Dr. Krystal's practise to everyone.

Kisane on the front desk is extremely polite & welcoming! Dr Shirley was again very polite & made me feel comfortable throughout. We fully discuss the benefits of different treatments & settled on one that would be most beneficial. You can tell that she takes immense pride in her profession & in treating people. The surgery itself is very clean, yet homely & the plentiful space means that you feel at ease throughout. Plus, there's lots of parking at the surgery or roads nearby. On the whole, a fantastic & very comfortable service, by all, throughout. Will certainly be my preference of choice for future work

Awesome Service, Highly Rated! I avoid dentists as much as possible but needed an emergency extraction done because of my avoidance with a dentists chair. Krystal managed to successfully extract my tooth not only in one piece for me, but quickly - and communicated with me through it the whole time I was in her chair which made me feel much better about it every time she asked to peer inside my mouth or tug away at it. One of the kindest dentists I've ever come across. Definitely impressed with the service here. Communication goes a long way when you've had terrible dental experiences. I even got to bring my horribly decayed tooth home for the tooth fairy. Highly recommended!

Krystal completed my son's orthodontic treatment (initial work done overseas) - her approach was very practical and highly tailored, which is refreshing given my previous experiences with orthodontists which tend to fit everyone into their standard program. I had to organise an appointment at very short notice for my son who was overseas to have his impacted wisdom teeth removed. From the beginning we were accomodated very efficiently and the whole procedure was performed with excellent results. My son was given excellent follow up with frequent calls from Krystal. By day 3 he was requiring very little pain relief and was able to return to his job overseas in a week. Highly recommend the excellent professional service from Krystal and her assistant , Kat on reception at All Smiles Dental. Many thanks

Returning to NZ after being abroad, I researched online and found All Smiles after family and friends had only bad experiences to report with THEIR dentists. From the moment I entered the clinic, I was impressed. They have obviously thought deeply about the entire patient experience from the decor to the warm reception one receives as soon as you check in. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes and Dr Tarak explained everything as she went along ensuring I was comfortable both physically and psychologically. The entire procedure was smooth, professional, and pain-free — there was no doubt that I was in caring and expert hands. Their equipment is state-of-the-art making the entire experience efficient and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Tarak and All Smiles.

Krystal was amazing! She explained everything really well and I felt very comfortable in her care.I trusted her advice in terms of what needs/doesn't need to be done. I will be recommending her to anyone looking for a new dentist. :)

I highly recommend the All Smiles team . I popped in on what I thought would be a pure flight of fancy, to see if I could straighten my teeth before my wedding and to my surprise was told that 6 months was all that was needed. It only took four (plus an ongoing retainer for an extra month) and I am thrilled with the result. The best part though was the entire incredible team. Kisane and Krystal and all the girls were so warm and welcoming that it was a true pleasure to go to the dentist. I cannot fault their professionalism and skills on all levels. Would recommend them to everyone.

How can I love going to the dentist! However, Dr Krystal and her support team made my visit/s relaxing and I did not have fear. I don't know what goes on in my mouth but everything is now far better than before I went in. I would definitely recommend Dr Krystal and All Smiles.

As I walked in their clinic I already felt the warm greetings by everyone, Ms. Kisane was very cheerful and friendly to me and my family as well as Ms. Jess and Ms Usha who double checked my infos, very accomodating. cannot say I loved the experience, who loves going to the Dentist?? But my experience was positive, nurturing (if that word is applicable here) and I felt greatly at ease and calm about everything. I needed to get two fillings (my first!) so was really nervous at my last appointment. Dr. Tarak and Kisane both made me feel really comfortable and I experienced absolutely no pain. They worked quickly and were constantly checking in on me to make sure I was okay. I'm heading back in a few days to get my FastBraces put on and although I'm nervous for this, too, I know I'm in safe hands!

Great service and really friendly staff. Katrina is brilliant (very sad to hear she Is leaving), talks you through the process, which puts you at ease. Really appreciate the text reminders before the visit and the follow up text the next day. They really go above and beyond!

Teeth are very important in everybody's life.Healthy teeth keep our entire body healthy But whenever our teeth have any problem we are compelled to visit a dentist to get the matter right.It is rightly said that when toothache occurs it is so great in intensity that we have to cry out for our "Nani"(maternal grandmother) for help as a child would do out in innocence for affectionate help.Be sure to get that instant relief you no longer have to remember your "Nani" (grandmother)' for help.The easy gentle prompt and perfectly skillful solution is in the hands of Dr.Krystal karat,the dentist I visited a few days ago on Dominion Road.She extracted my carious tooth without any pain.Her affectionate behaviour melted my heart in respect.The aftercare is also wonderful.I highly recommend everybody in need of dental treatment to seek Dr. Karat's help without any hesitation.I will always prefer to take my family members to Dr.Krystal Karat's "All Smiles" dental clinic in case of any eventuality.
