This was my first time going to a dentist and I have to admit it was not at all a hassle. All the dentists and staff members were extremely kind, understanding, accommodating and generous. Procedure was quick and easy. Although I've never been to a dentist, I think the prices are okay in comparison to others in the market from what I've heard. I got a tooth taken off for $270 all inclusive. Overall a good experience and I'd definitely recommend this place. It would be good if paywave payment facility was available.

Amanda who was my Hygienist for scaling is exceptional well and polite who knows her job . I went thru my two scaling sessions with her and it gave out excellent results . She is a gem 💎

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to because this clinic changed my perspective with dentist! Dr Geon was super accommodating and made me feel so comfortable with the whole process! Prices are super reasonable and he explains everything in detail! Shoutout to the rest of the team aswell! You’re all incredible!

First time going to a dentist and I have to say these guys are great. Dr Bang, really good and very profestional at his work. Amanda, Oral Health Therapist, likewise. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Price is good too. Highly recommended.

Dr Geon Bang and all the staff are very friendly. I went to get a filling and was dreading the numbing process but Dr Bang was great. Could hardly feel a thing when the anesthetic was administered. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to the area so was looking for a new dental practice. I am so glad I found Dr Geon and his team at New Lynn Dental. From the very moment I walked in, I was welcomed very warmly and was put at ease very quickly. The best experience was when my wire retainer on my top teeth had come loose but my regular ortho at my usual ortho practice could not fit me in. Dr Geon and his team came to my rescue, fit me in the same day and got it fixed up! Very reasonable fee as well, well below what I had expected to pay. Very happy to recommend New Lynn Dental to everyone. Thank you Dr Geon, Ruba and the rest of the team! You guys are awesome!

I got a filling at New Lynn Dental Care as part of my dental treatment. Grace is a talented professional and since the beginning she clearly explained everything to me: What was needed as well as how and when to do it. The staff in reception was also quite friendly and looked after me very well. I highly recommend the services provide by them.

It had been quite sometime since I had gone to the dentist, so I was very anxious. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable admin. staff. The dentist taking my appointment was kind and attentive. They were willing to listen to me (even reviewing materials I had pictures of from my person oral care). They informed me of every procedure they were performing as they were doing it. At the end of the appointment, they debriefed me on the results and came up with a treatment plan that was flexible, financially viable and full of promise. I am a skeptic so for me to highly recommend them Lynn Family Dental says volumes. If there was a downside, it would have to be the close quarters proximity of the building and inside spacing, but that is just my personal preference. Other than this, A+!

I had one of my wisdom tooth taken out this afternoon, and they must have noticed a few are missing as well. Was very lucky to get a space after just enquiring this morning. Anyway, this is the best extraction that I ever had. They were very friendly, helpful and by far the most painless I've ever had. Thank you so much guys, you are awesome and will recommend 110%. You guys have a Merry Christmas and also a Happy New Year.

Saw Dr. Geon Bang and his assistant for my wisdom tooth. I was bit scared to get my tooth extracted because of pain and never done that before. But he made me feel comfortable and explained everything before extracting my tooth. I did not feel any pain, during and after tooth extraction. And Thank you to Ruba (front office co-ordinator) for arranging my appointment on such a short notice, I was in pain and Ruba took intiative to call me back when there was a cancellation as they were fully booked.

Last week I had a really bad toothache that escalated really quickly, my own dentist doesn't offer an emergency service. These guys not only fitted me in and dealt with the issue quickly, the whole team were kind and experienced. I'll be going back here now for regular dental work. Thanks :)

I went to the clinic last week, during level 3. One of my molars was very painful and I made an online appointment with Dr Geon Bang. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Did a proper dental check including X rays and gave me different options. He took his time to make sure everything was clear and sent me home with a prescription and another appointment. Very flexible team as they booked me in for a Sunday as I needed. The treatment I had was a five star and the pain is gone now. They also have Fernando to help you and calm you down inside and outside at the phone. Thanks so much! We will see you again

It was the best decision to go to New Lynn Dental care Especially with Dr.Geon , he was really kind and very patient to explain every detail about the process and give the best recommendations that can help me spend less . I brought my son in for a chipped tooth. All staff are AMAZING. Front desk Fernando was warm, helpful and knowledgeable. The dentist and dental nurse were a great team and I had a great laugh with them. I will definitely recommend to anyone who would love a personal touch from a friendly team.

Recently had a very good experience at this dental practice, I had major surgery and both before and after the surgery I was made to feel very comfortable. The receptionist did an amazing job at calming me down before hand and was not scared to hold my hand whilst having the injection. I had two calls after the surgery to see how I was doing and think that makes you feel that extra bit special after having surgery. Have recommended a few friends now.

Honestly 5 stars for sure, i underwent a root canal treatment that took a couple of weeks. Entire time the staff was amazing at making me feel comfortable and informed. I couldn't feel pain to the point where i would fall half asleep in the dental chair every time i went 😴 . Oh and they're open 7 days a week so that made it easy for me not miss work and go to the dentist on the weekend 👍. Payment options are great and very easy to stretch over the period of the weeks 🤑. If you want cheap amazing dental work where you can fall asleep then this is the place to go. Cant wait for my crown filling.

It was my son's second visit since he has failed to remove his extra teeth day before. He traumatized with sedation but then Dr Geon comforted him and his professional skills made him brave enough to get it done! ...the least favorite day to see marked on a calendar - there's no way around it if your teeth give you grief... i was so very relieved and impressed by the level of care and professional manor at new lynn dental care, that several procedures later, i'm relieved of not only pain and discomfort but years of fears have been replaced with renewed faith and confidence. so friendly, understanding and accommodating, immediate urgent issues treated as such - generally darn nice guys... not all dentists are created equal! with this level of quality care, attention and skill, i highly recommend you give them a try.

No problem getting an appointment on Easter Monday, when other 'emergency' dentists either didn't answer the phone or answered it and told me there was no one available to see me! Pleasant, friendly receptionist and a dentist who explained everything. I was able to get all the appointments needed to extract 5 teeth within a couple of days- the temporary plate was fitted immediately and the permanent plate was ready a few days later. Recommended

Amazing experience from Dr. Geon. I don’t usually go to Dentists a lot even though I have previously worked in medical before. It always makes me really nervous and insecure. Teeth would never come back once We lose them. So as soon as I felt my part of teeth cracked during a meal time, I made a appointment straight after .Booking is available through online and we can see when is the most available time as well how convenient it was. Dr. Geon was very very friendly and made me so relax and calm while my teeth filled. He gave me an advance how I should take care of my tooth too. Highly recommend.

Have recently visited new lynn dental care with my daughter, my daughter turned 18 the day before we were booked in and was told she needed quite a lot of Fillings. Olivia the receptionist was so helpful and I cannot thank her enough, she took a lot of time out of her day to call and see if we could still get my daughters treatment done, she had to chase this up quite a few times and was so helpful and informative the whole way through. Luckily she managed to sort it and she has had all her fillings that were needed completed in just a week and free of charge. All the staff here are lovely and I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thankyou again for your help!

I was travelling, and in severe pain. The New Lynn surgery was the only one that I called that actually offered an emergency service. False advertising by the other emergency surgeries I tried. The dentist and nurse at New Lynn were helpful kind and considerate and presented a number of options that resulted in having an extraction.. This was all carried out with professionalism.. THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! I was terrified and have always been from visiting the dentist. I've had quite a traumatic experience as a child. So I avoided going to the dentist when my tooth broke during a meal about 10 months ago I was really scared and tolerated the pain all this time. But, I've finally decided to go and see a dentisit as the pain grew intolerable. Fernando at the reception was very nice and welcoming Dr. Chloe was so sweet and understanding of my fear and nervousness, I was literally shaking. She numbed me properly and made sure I wan't feeling any pain, and the nurse was so sweet and considerate, she held my hand the whole time, she also made sure I was taking deep breaths, when I held my breath waiting for the shot of pain that never came. Then Dr. chloe proceeded to extract the tooth. Honeslty it was the best dental experience of my life! It was quick, 100% Pain free and affordable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart :)

First time patient and lucky enough to have Nicole help me with my tooth extraction. She laid out all my options and the risks involved because it was a bit of a gnarly one. Everything went perfect and within an hour I was out the door having rebooked for a full check up in the new year. Definitely recommend Nicole and the team at New Lynn Dental Care!

I had the best dental experience ever today. Was seen by Dr Yen Yi Lee she was very professional, friendly and informative. She explained everything that was going to be done and gave heaps of options. I was told the cost straight upfront and I was able to make the best decision without being forced to choose. Dr Lee was the fastest dentist I've ever had and I didn't experience pain as I have in the past at other dentists. Well done New Lynn Dental Care! Highly recommended I will definately be back to see Dr Yen if i have some issues. She reckons I need to floss and brush my teeth more but im way too lazy.

I recently visited this clinic, I had the best experience and this was made even better today when I received a hand written letter from them! I called Olivia on reception late last week just to express how good the clinic is and what a good job the whole team do there. I also mentioned I would come in next week at some point to get some picksters I just needed the dentist to check what size I was. Then today I received a hand written note in the post just to say thank you for the support from Olivia, 3 samples of picksters in different sizes to help me chose the correct size I need and some referral cards to give to my friends and family that will allow us each to receive $25.00 off our next treatment. I will absolutely be using these and have already told 4 family members to come and visit you. This little touch has made my day. Thankyou for all your help. A very good team here and I would definitely recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
