*Updated Review* - Dental practice keeps moving our appointments After emailing Chapel Park dental and voiced our concern about how my daughter's appointment kept getting pushed out, they have contacted us right away to schedule us to be seen. The dentist has also spoken to me and explained the situation with short staff and prioritization of more urgent patients, which i completely understood from the beginning, and that receptionist's statement (for us to go to another dentist) was coming from good intentions. We appreciate the fast response and action to rectify the issue. It is good to know that you value your patients and their concerns.

Absolutely grateful and thankful for chapel park dental for seeing me asap. Especially with sudden swelling on my face. I called around to so many dentists and thankful this place had payment plan. Dr Abel and his dental nurse gave me the most superlative care, spending quite a lot of time fixing up my tooth, and doing so really skillfully. I also appreciated the education on correct flossing, and future advice. Couldn't recommend them too highly!

I found this place online and book in for my very first dental visit. I’ve always disliked the idea of seeing a dentist, as I have only had traumatising experiences with my previous dentist. However, coming here, I’ve enjoyed it. It wasn’t as I had expected. Dr Gopal was the one who took care of me and I can say he definitely was a great help from the beginning of my consultation and right through to the end. I had two tooth extraction and thought the process would be painful, but to my surprise, it was quite the opposite. Every time I would come in for my appointment to do filling or extractions, he would explain to me what he would do and show me what he had done, which I’m grateful for because it helps me to understand what is happening exactly. I was in good hands. He also gave me a HUGE discount, which I believe I would not find it anywhere else. Also, a HUGE thumbs up and thank you to Neha for being a very helpful receptionist. Made my experience here even better. In general, I’d recommend this place. The staffs are kind, very helpful, welcoming and if you need help just ask them for advice. May your experience be as great as mine.

I have an intense fear of dentist's but Chapel Park made my experience so stress-free and easy. Each of the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and all create a calm environment. Saw Dr Anup, Dr Michelle and Dr Ala. They were all brilliant and kind. Dr Ala extracted my two wisdom teeth in a flash. No pain. Perfectly done. The nurses and staff were nice, friendly and helpful Highly recommended.

I have poor teeth and gums from not going to the Dentist as often as I should have I had to have a plate created for my bottom teeth, which involved extractions, moulds and fittings I came to Chapel Park Dentist because they could give me a payment plan that worked for my wife and I I had to come to 5 appointments to have it all completed and I am so glad I did. I now have great teeth and a great smile which has made it all worthwhile The Dentist is very good, is very quick and efficient The nurses are friendly and helpful and are always ensuring you are informed and comfortable with the treatment I highly recommend this dentist to anyone wanting work done or dentures made.

I am so grateful that a found Chapel Park Dental, The team is very professional examining and providing solutions by priority. Dr Gopal did a great job, and I felt that I was in good hands he explained my needs throughly for getting four implants and dentures,I was given a quote at my first consultation, I was very surprised at the cost,It was so affordable ,it beat other Dentists quotes by thousands ,for the same treatment, Dr Nilesh did my surgery he was very calm and it help me relax, I healed quickly with not much pain afterwards. Neha was always friendly to me at reception and she would always ensure appointments were tailored to my times.I highly recommend to anyone to Chapel Park Dental. However I still hate Dental Clinics!

KA MAU TE WEHI!!!!! My sister and I made an appointment at Chapel park for just a consultation, to our delight we were able to get what we needed done within the same day. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had two deep fillings done and cant praise the dentist enough. I also returned for a follow up consultation and gum treatment, again the service was great.The prices are very fair, and payment options are available to accomodate all. Awesome Chapel Park.

Have had a lot of dental work done here from cleaning to fillings to preparing for implants. The team is professional, caring and clear on plans going forward. Follow up is prompt. The only thing to mention is it would be nice to know an approximate cost of treatment before its done. I am am very happy with the dental treatment I have had to date.

I am deeply grateful for the life changing treatment I had recieved from here. I say life changing because I have needed extensive treatment for a long time but due to bad experiences in the past with dentist I have not had the confidence to get treatment. I tried other dentist in the area and either didn't receive good customer service/was too expensive or I didn't feel comfortable with the dentist. I did visit Dr. Anup Gopal few weeks ago, and I had very bad pain , I was in tears because of the pain . Dr Anup and his lovely team , gently and kindly comfort me and helped me to relax . Dr Anup patiently explained to me the procedure of the treatment , I got full explanation before the treatment start . From the first session I felt the difference , the pain reduced . The treatment was four seasons . Yesterday was the last session , I am very happy now , no more pain and I got my smile back . Fantastic Service, I had my usual dentist closed due the lockdown had been calling around for help - this Dentist saved me from so much Pain - I rang them on Monday and the Dentist was kind and affectionate explained things over phone in such detail I was so relieved.
