The team at Dental Artistry are awesome! Katie, my dental hygienist, is amazing. She always does a wonderful job explaining what I need to do to improve my oral health. I have also had dental work done with Dr. Sara Stockham. She is great. She did an amazing job on my crown and made sure I was very happy with my smile. I highly recommend Dental Artistry.

I have had the pleasure of being looked after very well by this team at Dental Artistry on all areas of dental health. Sara is a very pleasant person and explains everything in detail to ensure you have a good understanding of procedure's. I am currently undergoing a tooth implant with Dr Zheng who also explains everything and makes me feel comfortable in all aspects of what needs to be done next. Laura the hygienist is lovely and bubbly and does a really good too with my 6 monthly cleans. A great team who work very together well and I will continue to visit this practice for regular check ups, without a doubt.

I have been a long-term customer of Dental Artistry and recently damaged my front teeth and a prior implant/crown. I was able to secure an appointment promptly and the team were professional and their diagnosis and recommendations in assisting me with processing an ACC claim. At the same time Sarah was able to review my teeth from a cosmetic perspective and has made some recommendations to improve my cosmetic and dental health. I cannot recommend Sara Stockham & Laura Martin enough. They have gone above and beyond in making me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Receptionist Louise, who I believe I have mostly communicated with, has also been amazing! Always answering my queries and sending through receipts and appointments in a very timely/prompt manner. I was seriously dreading the dentist (always have!), but since coming to this practice, I have actually looked forward to my next appointment (shocking seriously!!). My teeth thankfully didn't need any crazy work, but regardless, the work that did need to be done was done to the highest standard and meticulous detail. I noticed a great difference in the health of both my teeth and gums and have almost no residual tenderness or pain/inflammation. Thank you so so much Dental Artistry, you've totally changed my perspective on all of this!

Very friendly and experience staff. Both the assistants (Ursula and the Australian one, sorry I am bad remembering names) are very nice and professional. Also the receptionists do a great job in sending plenty of reminders, I really appreciate that as with my busy life I might miss appointments. I also like all the doctors, Mark, Sarah and Katie as they inspire confidence. They make me feel comfortable and taken care off. So far, I have got great confidence in Mark's work. I haven't felt a thing, not even the first anesthetic injection which surprised me honestly! Sarah offered me to watch Netflix so I wasn't going to get bored! That were definitely added points to a comfortable experience! And Katie restored my faith in dental hygienists who was lost due to bad and painful past experiences. Obviously these are all add-ons to jobs well done. The studio is stunning which might not be essential but contributes to the experience. Thank you all!

I have a very complex medical history. I originally booked with another company and had to wait 6 months for an appointment to only be told that I was too complex and he couldn’t do the work. I had already booked an appointment with dental artistry which turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made. The girls at reception are so kind and accommodating. Their communication is of the highest standard as well as their genuine empathy. Sara Stockholm can not be faulted. I immediately felt comfortable and acquired confidence at our first meeting to set out a plan. Everyone at dental artistry go far and beyond to make your experience to be favourable and not have any fear to return. Because of my medical history every single one of my teeth were decayed. When I got home from a 7 week stay in hospital, I cleaned and flossed my teeth when I got home and my from teeth just crumbled. It was traumatising. But Sarah and her colleagues have completely removed my fear of dentists. Sara is extremely intuitive and understanding. I highly recommend dental artistry for all your dental needs. I’m so happy that I found them and I’m so happy to look normal again with front teeth!!

During Level 4 my mother had an infected wisdom tooth. She was prescribed some antibiotics by her local dentist but this was not enough and her face was very swollen. It seemed the only option was to take her to A & E but that seemed to challenging under the Level 4 restrictions. However, my sister was researching what to do and then she received a web page about Dental Artistry and we both contacted the company by email. A short while later Dr Sara Stockman emailed and her service was 5 star. She prescribed a stronger antibiotic and advised us what to do if other symptoms presented. We kept in frequent contact over the next 10 days and her manner and service was impeccable. We thank her very much.

After having my top central incisor broken in 2 places just before Auckland's L4 August 2021 lockdown, and before discovering Dental Artistry Newmarket, I was patched up at another dental practice with further consultations booked for the following week. When L4 was announced a few days later, my appointments were promptly cancelled by text, and that was it. As lockdown dragged on for weeks and pain persisted while I was limited to eating soft foods and I took to speaking with a lisp in order to protect my tooth, I searched for Auckland's best cosmetic dentists online, and discovered Dental Artistry, who have more than lived up to that description. I emailed reception asking about a consultation once restrictions were lifted, and didn't expect a reply until then. The amazing Dr. Sara Stockham however promptly replied with a whole lot of detailed information and advice. She organised a script for me during L4 and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and expertly. She also went out of her way to book and move appointments for me in advance as we guessed when levels might drop so as to get me in as soon as possible. Once MoH guidelines were updated to allow treatment at L3, she organised to book me in earlier than anticipated, and I'm so grateful for the treatment she provided me with that day. After 7 weeks of managing with my broken tooth, she made it look soo much better, and splinted it as it should've been when I first injured it. It was the first time my tooth hadn't hurt since my injury! I was soo stoked I was finally able to brush my teeth without pain, and the extra work Sara did to slightly shorten the broken tooth back to its original size helped immensely because I stopped having to speak with a lisp, and essentially stopped banging or catching my tooth accidentally - the odd couple times I did, it didn't hurt nearly as much as it did before. She also went above and beyond, providing further advice, scripts, antibacterial gel and surgical toothbrush, and we now have a plan for further treatment and implant well on the way, all whilst Auckland remains under L3 restrictions. (And all while the other practice has done nothing but manage a generic text 2 weeks after Dr. Sara treated me to say they can take appointments again and to get in touch!) Their 'individualised' patient care approach really sets this place apart from other places along with much more. The process is quite long and every step of the way was explained clearly. What to expect, how much it would cost and the stages spread out over several months, Throughout the process having the ability to pay as the work was done made the cost manageable. After having an initial consultation from a different orthodontic clinic, I wasn't completely comfortable with the treatment plan offered and wanted to seek out a second opinion. I truly cannot recommend Dr Sara, Veda and the lovely team at Dental Artistry enough. They listened to all my worries and concerns, ran me through the whole process at a granular level so I knew exactly at what stage what will be happening and have offered me a different treatment plan to what I had originally been given. I came across Dental Artistry during my hunt on finding somewhere to straighten my teeth. Heidi and her team went through a comprehensive consultation with me, explained all my options and made recommendations according to my needs which was more than just your standard braces approach. From here, I knew that this was the place I wanted to take care of my teeth and soon meet a lot of the team who I discovered were each exceptional at their roles. Heidi is an extremely talented and professional dentist. She is a perfectionist when it comes to your teeth, which exactly what you want when you're investing in your smile. Not only that, but she's pretty entertaining! Katie is the greatest hygienist you will come across, she is extremely attentive and offers great home care advice. My wife in her 80's had an implant with Dr Sheng Zhang. He removed a tooth and then after wait to heal she had a pin placed then the implant. On all the occasions she found him very through. The implant came back and he was not happy with the quality and had it remade. When it was inserted the implant fitted perfectly, requiring no taking down of high spots or feeling uncomfortable after the implant. No problems were experienced at all after the implant and felt like her own tooth immediately afterwards.

Fantastic practice, lovely staff. Our 9 year old has been having orthodontic treatment with Heidi and her team for the past year and we are very happy with the results - so much so that our 8 year old is now starting treatment with the team. This review has taken me a while to write and the fact is I have been beyond words since I've had my implant completed here at Dental Artistry by an amazing implant specialist Dr Mark Worthington and his equally amazing colleagues. I did my research and chose Heidi out of all others because of her reputation first and foremost. I had 'heard' about how good she was, how qualified she was, and how her work is among the best you'll ever see. Having had a bite reconstruction, bone grafting and 14 porcelain veneers, I can certainly testify to the fact that my teeth and new smile are simply beautiful and look and feel so incredibly natural. Mine was a complex case, involving multiple visits over the last 2 years, so I have gotten to know Heidi, Mark and all the team very well and have recommended Dental Artistry to friends and colleagues several times. Mark and Heidi are both superbly talented and I trust them completely to "do the right thing by me" - I remember wanting to get a full mouth of veneers to have the 'perfect smile', but Heidi advised me to just get the 14 that I genuinely 'needed' - she could've inflated the need, and made more money, but she was the consummate professional and did what was best for ME. We bleached the remaining teeth, which has achieved a wonderful result and saved me financially. I appreciated her honesty and professionalism. For the major part of my life, I had dental issues. I finally researched dental implants and was highly recommended to visit Dental Artistry. I then had several consultations with Dr Heidi and Dr Mark. On their advice I had all my upper and lower teeth removed (no big deal since my mouth was filled with bridges) and replaced with implants. My implant procedure commenced in 2013. It was a long process but in the hands of Heidi, Mark and the team, I had very professional care. I underwent some major surgery and Mark did an awesome job. My implants are finally in and I am happy with the end result. Heidi and Mark have given me back my confidence and smile! Thank you Dental Artistry.

I presented last year with a painful TMJ problem and after having been examined by another practitioner who told me there was nothing wrong with it, I was fortunate enough to find Heidi. Within a few minutes she knew exactly what the problem was and after a comprehensive examination came up with a treatment plan. I am a clinical dental technician and when I fractured the root of one of my front teeth I went to see Mark Worthington to have it replaced with a dental implant. Marks work throughout the treatment was first rate and the end result is brilliant. So wonderful to have my front tooth back. I was in a car accident when i was 15 in 1989. I lost 7 upper front teeth and 1 lower tooth. We tried bone grafting as i lost a lot of bone. But being a stubborn 15 year old teenager, i continued to smoke plus my body had been through enough stress and the bone graft failed. So i ended up with a partial denture for a few years before getting a new one that clipped onto my back teeth. I thought that was my final option and put up with the dreaded mouthful for years. 28 years to be exact. I spoke to my dentist here in Perth a year ago when he recommended seeing Mark at dental artistry next time i was home. It was the best thing i ever did. On my first visit, i felt so welcomed and was greeted by Lana at reception, who showed me where everything was and could have a great laugh with her. Then i met Marks assistant Jo who did all the x-rays and impressions and later on made me feel comfortable during surgery which i think she had to wake me up a couple of times. I also met Toshi the technician who come in to meet me and took photos which i must say did a amazing job on recreating my teeth. Then finally I met Mark who walked in scratching his head unsure what option to take as i had lost so much bone and there was a lot of screws in the way for implants. Mark came up with the best solution in my situation, which was to have 2 screws put in my upper jaw which my front teeth would then clip into. Meaning, it will be half the size of the old partial plate and clip into my jaw rather than my back teeth, giving them a much needed break. The end result was remarkable and to see the look of happiness on thier faces choked me up as it just goes to show that they take total pride and professioinalism in there work which i am forever grateful for. So yes. I highly recommend the whole team as they are all welcoming, humorous but very professional and accommodating if your from overseas. A big thank you for bringing my smile out from hiding. xx

Heidi explained to me about the issue with my jaw joints and why I absolutely needed to avoid extractions. I've had braces for about 2 months and my life has changed! Mark was very reassuring during the whole process explaining everything as he went but to be honest I was terrified that it was going to be painful and when I was sitting in the chair I almost changed my mind because I'm a big jessie when it comes to pain :) The great news is that I didn't have any pain after the surgery, in fact I didn't even take any painkillers after I left the surgery. I had no pain or swelling the next day although I did stick to soup for a couple of days just so the single tooth plate didn't aggravate the area. I couldn't be happier with my treatment from the great team at Dental Artistry. My varied and often severe TMJ (Jaw Joint) related symptoms almost stopped me working. All those symptoms have gone as im in the final stage of my treatment. After almost a year of looking for relief elsewhere, the work at Dental Artistry resulted in rapid initial relief of the worst symptoms within a week dew to a custom mouth splint, moving through to braces to align things correctly and more permanently. As this re-alignment progresses, the rest of the related symptoms have reduced to almost none. Anyone who has had a bad Dizzy spell, the worst of the symptoms, should get their TMJ checked out.
