R. H.I can't recommend Dr. Wan and her assistant highly enough. I've been a patient of Dr. Wan for over five years and have followed her to three different clinics for al my dental work and orthodontics - that alone says something. After coming back from overseas after two years, the quality of work hasn't changed. Both ladies are exceptional. Very friendly and caring and I've never had any issues with treatment done by them. Booking was easy and reminders were appreciated. I recommend this practice and the people inside :)
H. S.Hands down, the best dentist I have ever been to. I have sensitive teeth and gums and have had painful experiences at some other dentists in the past. The whole team at Hello Dental are so friendly, and they have a really positive vibe as soon as you walk in. I had to have a couple of fillings and two wisdom teeth removed, and for both visits, the whole process was seamless, informative, and pain-free. Shirley is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and has a gentle and empathetic approach (her and Cassie even got me a blanket after my wisdom teeth were removed!).
They have all the top technology, are very professional and give great advice for preventative strategies. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. They have changed the way I feel about going to the dentist, and I am looking forward to my next visit :)

A big bonus is their late night work hours which makes it easier to attend due to work commitments. After seeing the same dentist for a number of years i was under the impression i needed a lot more work required than i did. I was advised that i did not need any of the treatments my previous dentist had been advising me on. The team here are completely honest and transparent about work required and also have a great attitude towards prevention. Thanks for such a great experience - highly recommend this place!
A. K.Due to covid-19, Auckland is going through a rough and tough time. Even with these drawbacks, Dr. Tiger and the nurses supported me and made the patients feel very much welcomed. Their quality has always been at the best, even with these circumstances, their work was at the highest of quality.

S. I.Shirley is a true professional and very up with the times. Unfortunately years of grinding left me with teeth that were far shorter than they should’ve been. It took a lot of time and thought to save and consider my options here.There’s so much options out there and cheaper is not always better! I followed Hello Dental on Insta and FB and felt she was the right dentist for what I needed. She is a true artist when it comes to composite veneers, and I love my new longer teeth. I am very satisfied with my composite veneers as they look so natural. The trial smile option is a great way to get a feel for what your teeth may look and feel like before you actually fully commit. This process really helped me, as I was so use to really short teeth I wanted to get a feel for what longer teeth felt like and it also helped me get the best look suited to me. Yes there’s an extra cost in getting this but I’m glad I did it. End result is fantastic!

A.Literally the best! It's taken me years to find "my dentist" and now I have. For someone like me who is a total coward and genuinely terrified of going to the dentist (or at least I was) I couldn't ask for a more understanding, friendly, calming, caring and genuinely lovely team. They also prioritise the work that needs to be done and will do their best to avoid higher cost work where they can - can't ask for more than that from your dentist.

G. L.Throughout my whole life I have struggled with the fear of going to the dentist so between that fear and struggling with ptsd getting anything medical done become such a mission. Until I was pointed in the direction of hello dental. The team from the first moment I walked through the doors made me feel comfortable and safe and welcomed. Alongside the amazing service of the staff hello dental also comes with a fair price without scimping on quality in any way. My first consultation I found myself in a minor little panic attack in which Hebe (the most kindest soul you’ll ever meet) came in and sat with me and just hugged me and comforted me until I calmed down. It wasn’t a hassle or a pain in anyway. The staff just wanted me happy and healthy. I never thought overcoming a fear like this would of been so effortless but with the hello dental team it was. Very Fair prices, beyond amazing staff, quick and quality services. For sure won’t be going anywhere else!! Thankyou team so much and keep up the good work you guys are amazing

I know not many people like seeing dentists but the ladies have been nice to me. Cost was reasonable for braces in Auckland. P.It was nice to have a roaring tooth ache fixed by the ladies at Hello Dental. I couldnt sleep for several nights. I felt looked after and taken care of from the first appointment. Usually I do have other things on in Auckland, but have found the service, pricing and care at Hello Dental to be worth the trip. Shirley is my dentist and manner and care around my treatment is outstanding. Last time I visited I had a major hole that had to be sorted and I couldn’t believe how quickly it was sorted.
