V.I went to Lumino City for a Hygienist appointment. I hadn't been for a year due to COVID. Excellent experience. Teeth thoroughly checked. Hygienist very knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly gentle with little pain. Used a new fangled water blaster thingy for teeth. Which was much better than the usual scrubbing techniques. Overall great and I will return.
T.From the first visit, Dr Andrea Shepperson has impressed me by her understanding, expertise, patience, genuine care and outstanding quality of work throughout implementing the long term vision for my oral health that we have set out together. I have always felt listened to, safe and comfortable. Andrea’s world class knowledge and skills combined with the most advanced dental technology gives me certainty that I receive the best possible outcome after every single treatment. The consistency over the years has stayed at the highest level. I’m incredibly grateful to have walked into her practice 20 years ago.
Recently, I’ve been fortunate to have my dental hygiene maintenance treatments done by Priya Pragji. She is professional, caring and committed to preserving my optimum oral health. I highly appreciate and value her great work, as it is instrumental in the long run.

R.I went for a check-up earlier in 2021 and I was amazed by how thorough they were. Scanning, pictures, x-rays, the whole lot! The following appointment was just the best experience I've ever had at the dentist's! Fabricio and Hillary are such a great team. Fabricio is really passionate and loves doing what he does and both of them have done everything to keep me at ease and comfortable during the procedure.
Last but not least, the reception staff is super friendly and work hard to find the best time for our appointment.

J.Mark is such a reassuring and patient dentist. He explains everything very clearly and professionally. I don't feel any pain when I visit here because he knows I'm a big chicken and numbs everything thoroughly before he starts. The admin staff are extremely lovely and friendly. I'll never go elsewhere.
L.I've been to several dentists over the years, but none have come close to providing the level of quality service that I have received here. Everything from the first point of contact with the lovely receptionists, to the excellent dentistry skills of Mark Taylor, and the genuine caring shown with post dental work follow up, makes this hands down the best dentist surgery. I've had some complicated issues with my teeth and Mark has gone above and beyond to find creative yet workable solutions which have vastly improved my quality of life. As one other reviewer said, a visit to the dentist used to be unpleasant, but that is certainly not the case here. I always feel like a VIP. Thank you team.
C.Had the shock of breaking the crown off my front tooth I had inserted 4 years ago. The reception staff at City Dental Quay Park kindly assisted with arranging a spot that day for my dentist (Mark Taylor) to insert a temp crown. Was a hugh relief and was ever so thankful for their professional service. Am happy I have a quality Practice who look after my dental needs.
B.Dr Fabricio was the best dentist I have ever seen! He listened so carefully, eased my anxieties about seeing a dentist, and did such a gentle but thorough exam. I was amazed at the technology he used, especially the 3-shape scanner which showed me different models of my mouth in such high definition. I was impressed that he took the time to show me each x-ray, photo and scan and show me diagrams so I fully understood what he was doing. I will definitely be coming back!
S.The best dental experience I’ve ever had!!
For someone that isn’t the biggest fan of going to the dentist, Fabricio made me feel the most comfortable in the consult and while in the chair. Always checking in to make sure I wasn’t feeling pain or discomfort. Not only did he crack some dad jokes, but he’s basically Tom Hanks with an accent. Shannon at the front desk was also cherry and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this dentist to anyone :))
B.Andrea Shepperson has helped me greatly she chose to help me when it was very likely to put her in an awkward position against some of her peers.
She spent a lot of time and effort to help me knowing it would be of little financial gain to herself.
Aside from that I found the clinic has a nice calm atmosphere Dr Shepperson and her assistants worked with skill and efficiency I will not hesitate to use their services again should they be required.

I love their honest, 'risk management' approach to dental care - they give you the risks and the options and let you decide what you're comfortable with. The demeanor of the specialists, and the understated high-tech equipment they used made me feel I was absolutely in the care of experts - but experts with humanity.

M.I saw Alzena for my hygiene appointment. Best. Clean. Ever. I fell asleep in the chair from how delicate and pain free the procedure was. Love how clean my teeth feel and really appreciated how she explained every stage before she did it. My last hygienist barely spoke to me. Highly recommend if you have sensitive teeth or your current hygiene is a tad rough.

V.I first found Lumino on Quay Park after needing an emergency filling in the CBD. From the very first appointment I've found the entire team super friendly and they do a great job making sure you are comfortable as soon as you walk in the doors. I have since had appointments with 3 of their dentists for various different procedures (fillings, a root canal, as well as starting my invisalign journey), i've also had hygienist appointments with different dental hygienist each time so i can say I've had experiences with most of their team and they are ALL so professional and friendly. The reception team as well are awesome!
I no longer get nervous for any of my appointments because i completely trust their whole team. The practice itself is clean and comfortable - i would highly recommend this practice!
