By far the best Dental Clinic I've ever been to. The support from Nick and the dental surgeon Kelly was 2nd to none for the scheduled extractions. Patient and understanding as was my first time having this many taken out. I recommend them to anyone who needs above average care. Myself and my partner and our family will be using them for the rest of our lives. Again big ups to Kelly and Nick. Thank you so much :)

Thank you so much Dr Christina! My 6yr old needed a couple of fillings and we were both a little anxious about the whole procedure. Dr Christina made my son and myself feel safe and relaxed. Everything was done so efficiently and we even had a couple of laughs. I couldn't have wished for a better outcome.

Dr 👩‍⚕️ Christina Wai Yin Chiang and her sparkling ✨ assistant Naomi, did a brilliant job for me and my often maligned mouth. Her extraction of my molar 🦷 💉 roots was done ✅ skilfully and well, with minimal pain. The stitches 🧵 🪡 were the most awkward thing, taking quite a concerted effort to achieve. I am like everyone with bad habits which require a remedy; determined to brush twice a day, floss, use mouthwash twice a day, and get a rhinoplasty on my nose 👃 so I can breathe 🧘‍♂️ easily through it. This will allow me to prevent the nasty 🤮 bacteria 🦠 which cause plaque and tooth infections from getting their start. A old rugby 🏉 injury, breaking my nose 👃 at 15 has caused me a lot of hardship and kept coming to mind as Dr Christina and Naomi were working. The kid that tackled me super hard knocking the wind 🌬 out of me and breaking my nose 👃 which I got tucked was too big for the 4th grade for sure. Sort it out mental health and well-being professional at NZ Rugby 🏉 🤡 Nathan Price! Hehe 🙃. My left-wing was never the same again after a version of 1994 Jonah Lomu smashed me up 😂. After being in NZ for around 11 years, finally I found a realible and awesome place were I can take care of my oral health. Dr. Kav, his assistent and Fernando were so fantastic working together and I'm so glad I found them. The athmosfere at the Clinic is very friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Thank you so much!

Dr Christina is a goddess! A magician! We went there so sad, stressed and devastated because my son had an accident and he broke one of his front adult tooth. My baby boy was so sad, with low confidence and so afraid till we met this amazing dentist! She was so kind and with a genuine intention to help. She restored the damage in such a good and delicate way that you can’t tell that this tooth has a filling on it! She gave back the lost smile of my son… made him happy and confident again! I have had two implants and two crowns done with them. They are very friendly, caring and professional. The dentist, Kav, called me in the evening to check if I was OK after the operation to remove an old tooth root and to prepare for the implant. I knew that I was in good hands. I am 100% happy with their work. The receptionists and the assistants are all very friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much!

Had an emergency extraction of one of my wisdom teeth and Dr Christina was excellent. Her and the nurse were excellent in keeping me calm and pain-free during the process. I look forward to seeing them again for further work in the future.

During lockdown 4, my daughter required a tooth extraction urgently and the team at Milford Family Dental were incredible. So helpful, friendly and caring. Grace and Jessica were fantastic with my daughter, and Pat who organised it all over the phone was excellent to deal with. I felt so reassured my daughter was in great hands. I made an emergency dental appointment with Milford Family Dental. They were able to book me on the day for an extraction of a back tooth which was causing alot of pain. The team were so friendly and inviting considering the levels and circumstances of covid. The nurse was amazing she helped keep me calm an just told me to breath, before I knew it the tooth was already out. Thanks again Milford Family Dental.

Absolutely gorgeous people who made emergency dental in level four lockdown as much less horrendous as was humanly possible! Receptionist Nick went above and beyond and his customer care was superb. My dentist, Dr Kav, was absolutely gorgeous, so kind and gentle, and that was very welcome during a rough time; the dental relief and the human experiences were lovely.

Really happy ..Just popped in and scheduled an appointment for later in the day as i had a badly chipped tooth the Dentist fixed it straight away.. He even quoted me a price while i was in the chair ..I was expecting to pay way more ... so with the money saves I am going back to get my teeth whitened.. But was not all about the price the people at the desk are very knowledgeable. All round great experience. am so happy I did not go back to my usual dentist!

Awesome, helpful and professional team. Would highly recommend them. Super facilitating too, needed a tooth pulled and within an hour I received treatment and had the extraction. Follow up was scheduled along with recommendations on further work I require to save the rest of my teeth. Really impressed!!!

As someone who is generally terrified of going to the dentist I always feel comfortable and safe here. I don't think I'll ever want to see anyone other than Christina when it comes to my oral health! She is so kind and calming, and she explains everything to me before it happens. I really appreciate being able to talk, question and understand my oral fitness plan. I've had a few different procedures performed by her and cannot recommend her enough. The receptionists are also extremely friendly and personable. Thank you all so much for taking care of me!

So far I have been blown away with the service at Milford Family Dentist. I was referred by the school community densist and basically dialed a few on the list with no luck, until I called Milford. Nick was really helpful on the phone, he reassured me and knew what we had to do to get my daughter sorted. Also it's amazing how hard it is to get a dentist appt well in advance when things just happen. My 8 year old daughter for some reason became petrified to carry out any work, so I knew we had to give this route a try. I have no idea how, its like she was brain washed.... Walked out telling me she loved it and could not wait to go back the following week!!! Christina took the time to make it all about her, explained everything but in way a kid needs to hear it. Kids deserve to understand and know what is happening to their body and why. I trust that their plan will work out and I have been reassured they will help get her sorted even if it is temporary. I would highly recommend Christina, she seems to be gifted with patience and care for the little ones!

The service that my family and I have received at Milford Family Dental has been nothing short of excellent. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Kav under IV sedation, which was quick, painless, and generally much less scary than I’d imagined. Dr Christina has also been very professional and today my 4 year old walked out of her office with a huge smile. We’ll definitely be back for our regular check ups. Outstanding with kids. Removed one of my 6 year olds teeth post a playground incident. My son said it was his favourite visit to the dentist! The dental team were amazing.

I received amazing treatment and care at Milford Family Dental. The dentist Kav looked after me and was so helpful and kind in my tricky dental diagnosis. The staff are very friendly. Nick, who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and informative and fit in my emergency appointment super quickly. I would highly recommend this dental surgery to anyone. Excellent experience for me. I am a new customer. My poor teeth are causing some trouble for me, I was so nervous to see the dentist .Even just thinking of seeing a dentist made me feel nervous. But when I saw Dr. kav and nurse Jade( who can speak Chinese )，I instantly settled down. The whole process of examing and filling the broken tooth and make crown for the tooth is such a comfortable experience for me. Dr. Kav is very friendly and professional , the stuff , receptionist , nurses are so nice .I felt at home at their clinic. I will see them regularly and trust them to maintain my teeth in the future. Auckland family dental Milford I honestly can't thank you enough, after being in such severe pain in the weekend you guys were the only dentist that would help me, and when I had my appointment Tuesday the dentist was so patient due to a slight complication but made me feel at ease knowing he was going to do his best he could in helping me be pain free. As I am terrified of going to the dentist, this is My first dental appointment in Nz. I had to do an emergency surgery tooth extraction here, I have a swelling on my face, my dentist Dr Naidoo and the team did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. the front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They called to follow up how I’m feeling, which is wow :) I will be coming here for all my future dental needs!

I am super anxious when it comes to dentists. I was told I had to urgently take out my wisdom teeth as 3 of them were impacted and were causing me a lot of trouble. I contacted more than 10 dentists asking for quotes and I was told by many that my surgery was going to be tricky, risky and I needed a real professional-that made me even more scared. After days of research I decided to go with Milford Family Dental. They were quick to respond, organised my surgery right away and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Their whole team was awesome and they tried everything to make me feel at ease. Dr. Kav did amazing job, he knew exactly what he was doing and obviously had a lot of experience with similar procedures as everything went smoothly. My biggest fear basically turned into a short nap under IV sedation and couple days of swollen cheeks :) if I had to do this all over again, I would chose them again.

I highly recommend Milford Family Dental. Great team, very welcoming, with tidy, clean and well kept premises - in a great location! Although my check-ups aren't often Dr. Erl is always up to speed on my dental history. His check-ups are thorough and very informative. Always a pleasure to visit! (And who can say that about going to the dentist!)

I was a bit nervous about having a wisdom tooth removed however I needn’t have been. Both Dr & nurse were both very reassuring and I knew I was in good hands.

I made an appointment whilst we were under L3 lock down, so I wasn't sure if my situation classified as emergency treatment. After looking at an X-ray, the Dentist assured me it was, and he gave me the alternatives of removing the wisdom tooth, or starting a root canal procedure. I opted for the former. Because the nerve was so "angry" the Dentist ended up giving me far more anaesthetic then he would normally expect to use, but he was far more concerned about my comfort levels, rather than waiting the extra time for the anaesthetic to take effect. Considering that we were in L3 lock down, everyone was great, from the staff on the front desk to the dental nurse, and the Dentist himself. The follow up call the following day was a nice touch too ... thanks guys ... :-)

Both myself and my family have experienced first rate dental care from Milford Family Dental over many, many years. Dating back to the 60’s in fact, when the surgery was above the old post office in the Main Street. Even when we moved away from the North Shore, we chose to travel back to Milford for both advice and treatment. Back on the Shore now, we continue to appreciate feeling like family members, with both Erl and Emma having been caring for our dental needs for such a long period of time. It is very reassuring.

As an 80s child I was always afraid of the dreaded murder house so my visits to the dentist have been rare as hens teeth over the years. After finally making the decision to go for a clean and a check up, from the moment I stepped into Milford family dental I’ve felt very comfortable in an environment where ALL the staff are super friendly. Turned out I needed fillings and wisdom teeth removed. The whole process was excellent. I was given great advice, it was pain free and I found the pricing surprisingly reasonable. It is always an enjoyable experience being fixed up a Milford Family Dental. For some reason the staff seem happy and cheerful and that quickly transmits to us as patients. As much as it can be a relaxing experience, and with your mouth out of commission, the one way conversation with the dentist is quite soothing.

I had my wisdom teeth removed a few days ago with kav and I was extremely nervous about the procedure as I'm a total wuss with pain but they were so good and I really had nothing to worry about. Healing really well and no pain at all would definitely recommend the team here. Also sorry for refusing to open my mouth while sedated haha. If I ever need teeth removed again will definitely be coming back but would hopefully be more cooperative :)

I am SO impressed. I broke a tooth over christmas, sob sob, and Milford Family Dental were able to fit me in quickly and in just ONE visit pop a perfect crown over the offending tooth. The service was AMAZING, the people very friend and professional! I am a VERY happy customer and look forward to visiting again soon for this time, scheduled dental treatments.

I don't love dentists but Milford Family Dental are slowly changing my mind. They seem to understand that not everyone has deep pockets and offer solutions which are a bit more cost effective. They also do a great job! thanks .

She's very informative, always providing helpful tips on oral hygiene and she genuinely cares about her clients teeth. I always come out feeling like my teeth are shiny and new! I came in for an emergency because of my broken teeth. I called a lot of clinics who can do an immediate appointment and because it was late at night no one was picking up their phones. It was Ms Sylvia who was the only person who answered the phone and I was so relieved that she could squeeze me in and that she assured me that everything will be okay. I was very nervous because it was my first time in their clinic, Milford Family Dental and I’m not from New Zealand, however Dr. Kav and his dental hygienist, Ms. Ana (?), the Filipina, were very welcoming and they made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kav explained the procedure that he will do and tried his best. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. Thanks to them I can fly back home able to face people. I would highly recommend their clinic, staff- friendly and welcoming, price- reasonable, consultation- direct, concise and you can feel that they care for you.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr Kav Naidoo and her whole experience of the attention and the care she was given was amazing. First of all I am a gold star dental coward from way back. Not my favourite place and never will be. But! As my late wife used to say, Earl is a patient Dentist and that's where you need to go. So about 10 years ago I started going there and have never looked back. Earl is a good dentist and I don't say that lightly. Always talks through what he's going to do and why. Thankfully he's backed up by a lovely reception staff too, Emma is always a pleasure to talk to making the experience of a painful wallet and a mouth not so bad at all. I go every 6 months and will continue to do so because between us, we look after my aging teeth. So I have no hesitation in saying that if you're looking for a dentist, Earl's the man and Milford Dental is the place.

Ive just had the best experience Ive ever had at a Dental Clinic. Ive had major work done over a cple wks,- absolutely painless and professional. I got my first treatment at Drury Dental but because I moved to the North Shore I needed to find another place. Fortunately Dr. Kav recommended Milford Dental hence he is practicing there too. That was a big relief we could continue my treatment without switching dentist. He requested my x-rays from Drury Dental and got all the information from there. I was fascinated by Dr. Kav calmness and professionalism. He informed me about all the steps he will make, answered my questions and gave advice. He even rang me later to ask if everything is ok with the filling he made. Everybody was so friendly, helpful and patient from the first moment. I knew I'm in good hands. They are a very good team! We found a Specialist Dentist In Milford, The team at Milford Family Dental were superb. Very good explanations. Took away my fear of dentists. With their ultra modern equipment was blown away with the Hi Tech and skilled dentist. If you are Looking for a Dentist In Milford or In The North Shore Area I would Highly recommend them.

I broke my tooth late on Friday afternoon, I called Milford Family Dental to arrange an emergency appointment. My appointment was for the following day (Saturday) at 11am. I could have been seen earlier if in pain or discomfort. Kavendra Naidoo and Assistant Jess were brilliant, explained everything in detail, provided options and were very friendly. I would highly recommend Kavendra and the team at Milford Family Dental Group who run a very professional and hi tech business.

I have been coming to this dental practice since before it changed ownership and I have to say the new team is amazing! Dr Kav Naidoo is helping me with a very difficult and unusual orthodontic/surgical case. I have seen many other practitioners about it and not only has Kav been willing to take on my case, he has done a lot of the work without charging me a cent! He strikes me as the kind of surgeon who is not in it to make money off of his patients (I have met many of this type). He genuinely cares about his patients and strives for great results!

We have had magnificent care yet again from this team. It doesn't matter who we see, we get a friendly, no stress approach and honest useful advise, without all the high cost upselling business. Thanks again, I find it hard to believe the dentist can be such a stress free affair.

I highly recommend this place, especially if like me you fear going to the dentist. The staff are all friendly, understanding, caring and always do a great job.
