I've been coming to Dr. Ming Wei for several years. The best dental care I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly and caring. I am highly recommend! Five stars!!

Great and friendly professional service every visit. Very informative and takes the time to explain the process and answer any questions as required. My daughter now has a wonderful smile thank you very much Dr. Ming and team. Highly recommended.

Can not recommended Mokoia Road Dental enough. Just finished my braces treatment and beyond stoked with the results. The staff are absolutely lovely and Ming Wei cannot go more above and beyond for the patients providing a pleasant experience with also awesome results.

My daughter had a great experience at Mokoia Road Dental Centre getting braces. They were extremely helpful, patience, understanding and did an outstanding job. The result is a beautiful smile. We highly recommend this clinic.

I first came to Mokoia Road dental to have braces done, I had been to many places but had some difficulty as my teeth were misaligned quite badly making mine a difficult case, I had a lot of crowding and a canine that never erupted from the gum. Dr Ming Wei Goh was great. He was honest about the result that could be achieved without a specialist (which would cost way too much) and he kept me well informed every step of the way. The whole dental team were very kind and understanding with me and extremely patient. Any problem I came to them with they helped me right away and never made me feel like I was being a pain. I wore my braces for 3 years and 3 months and when they came off I was blown away by the result. It was better than I could ever have imagined. I am so happy I decided to go to Ming Wei and will continue to use Mokoia Road Dental as my regular practice from now on. I highly recommend them, particularly Dr Ming Wei Goh. Very helpful, very professional and they will look after you even if you are a bit scared of the dentist they are very reassuring and patient. Highly recommend.

The treatment finally wrapped up. And the result was excellent. I am loving my new look. It was not an easy journey, and took me long enough to get where I am. Dr Goh is one of the most patient and gentle dentist I have encountered with. So once again thank you and your team.

Dr Ming Wei Goh looked after my teeth with Damon braces on for almost 3 years with less or no pain at all which makes it more comfortable going to the dentist/orthodontist. I got my braces here and at first, I was dreading the whole process of getting braces and such however, the amazing team at the Mokoia Road Dental Centre made the whole process very easy and it was much more pleasant than I had expected it to be. Everyone is extremely kind, respectful and patient. Dr Ming Wei explained the process very clearly, is very considerate to patients and efficient with his work. I'm really happy with the end results :)) and I'd definitely recommend anyone who is planning on getting braces to get them here!!

Recently finished my fast braces treatment with Dr Ming Wei Goh. Friendliest and most gentle dentist I have ever had. Very clear with everything that was happening and updated me constantly on the progress over the 8 months. Can't recommend them enough at Mokoia Road Dental . All the staff are super friendly and professional and will continue to use this as my main dentist for all further treatments.

Buster had his braces on for three years from the time he was 14. He recently finished this process and the end result is fantastic. He is so proud and pleased with his 'new' smile. The team at Mokia Rd Dental have been fantastic we use them for all our dental needs now. Our younger son also has braces from the team. I could not recommend Ming Wei more. Not only for his dentistry skills but he goes above and beyond to provide an extremely comfortable experience. His communication is amazing; I knew what was happening throughout my procedure. He considers not just the time in his chair but how the procedure will impact the rest of your day to day life. I feel so lucky to have had him as my dentist for over 5 years now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We are very pleased with the results done by Dr. Ming Wei for our daughter. It only took less than a year for her to have her braces on and she's very happy to take the braces off a month before her birthday so she can smile confidently and beautifully in the pics. Absolutely outstanding. From the lovely lady at the reception to the assistant and most importantly Dr Goh. I had a cracked/crushed filling that was very painful. Highly recommended to anyone! Got acquainted with Dr. MingWei and the team when my son had a small accident by hitting one of his front teeth by a steel chopstick over one year ago. My son is at the age of changing teeth and we had some concern on one of the permanent/milk teeth. We failed to get a booking with ARDS due to COVID-19. Dr. MingWei managed to arrange a check up with a short notice and fixed it straight away. Dr. MingWei and the team are very kindly, friendly and most importantly, do a high quality work!

If your looking at getting any dental work done or in my case braces, I highly recommend you head to see the team at Mokoia Road Dental. Two years ago I went and saw them after seeing what a fantastic job they did straitening my sisters teeth. Glad I made the decision as Ive just got them off and Im very very happy with the results. It is always a pleasure visiting the team at Mokoia Road Dental Centre, especially Dr Ming Wei Goh who is so kind and gentle. He explains what he is doing each step of the way. From simple cleaning all the way through to a more intense wisdom tooth removal I have always left smiling and wondering why I got so nervous in the first place! Every time someone mentions their dentist I tell them mine is better!

My wife never liked seeing a dentist, but she had a very positive experience at Mokoia Road Dental Centre a few days ago where her root canal was done very gently and most importantly, the pain is gone! The dentist is very informative and explained everything she needed to know, including information needed for us to take back to London for the stage two of root canal, as we are leaving NZ today. We wish we could find as good a dentist in London.

Dr. Ming Wei has changed my life for the best. I remember walking into his clinic 2.5 years ago before my orthodontic treatment and having pre-ortho photographs taken and not knowing how to smile. I never smiled. I was too ashamed of my teeth. They were my biggest insecurity. I had my braces removed yesterday and all I can do is smile! I will forever be greatful for the amazing work Ming Wei and his team have done for me. I work in denstistry myself so I know a good dentist when I see one and Ming Wei is one of the best! A very gentle and skilled dentist with an amazing team of nurses. His passion for orthodontics and perfecting teeth is inspiring. I highly recommend his work. I have been here many times now over the years, and have had absolutely no complaints about them. Always professional and courteous no matter who you speak to. Personally I always see Dr Ming Wei Goh as he is always meticulous, and explains everything so you know what is going on. They are also very reasonably priced. What more can you ask from your dentist.

Dr Ming Wei Goh and his team always make me feel valued and welcome. Dr Ming Wei went well out of his way to give me the best service he could and is very gentle and caring during all treatments. Fantastic experience here. They contacted me quickly when I had a broken tooth. When I arrived the appointment time was accurate, and friendly. Throughout the procedure I was clearly communicated with and treated with respect. Thank you and see you in December.

Dr. Ming is an excellent dentist. He took time to explain every procedure he was doing. For example, when I need a front crown for my damaged tooth, Dr. Ming was very supportive and thorough explaining the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. I had a very pleasant experience.

I would like to Thank Dr Ming Wei and the team for helping me have a Colgate smile just in time for my proposal to my now fiancée. Came to their practice in early 2016 with concerns about my crooked teeth. I was immediately put at ease and was given relevant information to make a decision to have my braces done even though I was in my late 20s. Fast forward to today, I couldn't be more happier that I can now smile with 101% confidence and Im looking forward to my prenup and wedding photos :) Highly recommended, friendly and very professional staff/ employees. Update April 2019 Dr Ming Wei Goh is a Dental Magician 🦷🎩 Here's the why of it: Over a number of appointments, Dr Ming Wei replaced my 30 year old left-lower-back bridge that had finally failed. Since it would cost serious money to follow the usual process by also replacing my 'opposing' denture, the major challenge was for the new bridge to also fit with my existing denture. As a bad bonus, both of my bridge's anchoring teeth were compromised and needed considerable work. To make matters worse, even with a protective temporary bridge, the unexpectedly fragile front anchoring tooth broke off between appointments - and this was AFTER the original bridge and denture moulds had been made.😕 After discussing the options with me, Dr Ming Wei solved this dilemma with a root canal filling on the broken tooth, inserting a fibre pin to extend it so he could build a new tooth, and then the really tricky part; free-hand shaping the top of this reconstructed anchor tooth to fit the existing socket for the new bridge. 😲 With his excellent professional skills, great support team and modern tech, this very difficult piece of work worked out as well as it possibly could for me - both dentally and financially! 😁 Yep; too much detail 😏 but you get the idea: Dr Ming Wei really is an honourable Dental Magician 💫💥 2017 Review From their respectful reception through to the Dr's careful investigation and completely modern treatment (with supporting information and options at every stage), to payment (competitive and fair) and then professional followup; Dr Ming Wei Goh and his team at Mokoia Road are simply excellent. I thoroughly recommend this great dental practice in Birkenhead, even to the most discerning and perhaps reluctant person in Auckland who suspects they should be looking for the best possible professional care for their teeth; whether remedial or progressive. p.s. They even stored my wife's birthday Lemon Meringue Pie in their fridge while I was there - real customer service; thanks good people!

Family environment, always welcomed with warm smiles, I have been there about 5 times, starts with heart beating till slowly falling sleep on the chair. Doctor White was very professional and gentle and thoughtful. The whole treatment was stress free and surprisingly quite enjoyable. Thank you.

Well I couldn't give a love it as it is still a trip to the dentist. However I am a real dentalphobe and hadn't been to the dentist in way too long a time. They made me feel wecome, calm and relaxed and were very kind contstantly asking if iwas OK, did I want to stop etc? I had a clean, x-ray and two filings and the price was reasonable. I would recommend that if you are worried about the dentist these guys are are good place to feel the fear and do it anyway!

Great staff, called in because i had tooth pain whole night. Even full for today, the doctor agree to stay extra time to see me. Had to remove tooth, taking another 50 min and a lot of work. Successfully removed it without breaking while having a relaxing and fun environment. Hope I'll never see be in this situation again, but if i ever do, I'll look for this staff again.

I found my time at Mokoia Road Dental Centre to be very enjoyable with its friendly staff and i was pleased with the end results of my teeth. I would highly recommend this place to others looking for some better teeth too!
