I went to Noble dental Remuera today and Kim did a superb job! It was the best dental cleaning experience I ever had and I will definitely come back. I also had a consultation with Dr. Richard which is very informative. I highly recommend this practice!

Confidence restored, indeed! My experience with the team lead by Dr. Richard with nurse Cybil was amazing! Never thought I would enjoy sitting on the dental chair (considering I had quite a substantial dental work to be done and restrictions due to lockdown). The team was very warm, accommodating and professional. Nonetheless, I was very impressed with the outcome of my implant, I was expecting the worst but, I ended up amazed by the outcome. Never thought I'd wear the same big juicy smile I had before. Thank you so much, Doc Richard and nurse Cybil. Also their very friendly staff at the front desk. Kudos!

Dr Longbottom provided superb care for evaluation and management of my dental implant need. His specialty training, staff, equipment and processes are world class, allowing confident, highly competent approach to the clinical situation.

A hygienist Mr Jack is out standing. I have been the Periodontist for years and treated by few different hygienists. In general most of them are very good but he is far better. Thank you for your service.

I am a hospital specialist who was a bit nervous about dental surgery. I'm deeply impressed with the excellent standard of care at Richard's clinic which was highly recommended by my dentist. I have had 3 dental procedures (2 under sedation) with great outcomes. Excellent skills and bedside manner; happy and efficient staff. Premium equipment and premises. Easy parking. Top-notch care.

I went to see Richard for a second opinion about how to fix my teeth. As he is a specialist, he is seeing patients of many other dentists around the city. He knows exactly how each one of the Auckland dentist are working. He gave me the best advise I could ever imagine, saving my mouth from a big disaster and saving me a lot of money. He was also very kind, honest, right, efficient, clear, communicative, and fast in response. His help was absolutely outstanding. Thank you.

I have had dental implant work done by Richard before but having just got 2 implants done 2 weeks ago I felt compelled to give some worthwhile feedback. It goes without saying that Richard and the staff are very knowledgeable/experienced and friendly but I must say the actual business end of the work being the dental implant surgery is second to none. Every bit of this work including the stitching of the gums is faultless. The guy is the best. Yes it's costly and I choked on the extra for bone grafts but the old saying you get what you pay for is never more true. Service is beyond good and I have recommended a number of people to them. I have also never wrote a review on google before, but felt drawn to do so, because of the high quality of service that I received. Everyone went above and beyond to make my experience great. I saw Richard Longbottom for my initial assessment, which I was very nervous about. He was very kind, with a great sense of humour which put my mind at ease straight away. For my following appointments I saw Jack who was also very kind, and humorous. Jack is highly knowledgeable and talented. He explains everything clearly, including aftercare plans, and always has the pain relief there if you need it. To top it all off the ladies at reception are also amazing with friendly smiles and communication.I have seen amazing results in such a short time due to this fabulous team, who genuinely care. So glad I found them!

As a doctor I was keen to find a specialist who is experienced in dental implant surgery. Dr Longbottom and his team obviously have the specialised training and expertise in this field as well as the appropriate equipment and facilities and it is their bread and butter. Thoroughly recommended.

I would strongly recommend this dentist. I am not the greatest of patients. I am nervous and I do not like noise of the machines. But this dentist is fantastic and I would recommend the IV sedation - I had it and the treatment went so well. All the staff care and recogonise vulnerable patients and treat them with the highest respect and compassion. If you are scared of going the dentist then go to this one, they will look after you.

I went to see Richard Longbottom, after initially being refereed to another Periodontist. I wanted a second opinion as I left not feeling comfortable with my initial prognosis and treatment plan going forward for Periodontitis. Richard was super friendly, gave me a very thorough explanation, but most importantly has made me feel more comfortable and at ease about my treatment plan going forward. He has a great friendly team and I would recommend this practice!

Dr Longbottom instills confidence with clear and professional advice, easy to follow explanations and alternatives. The appointments are on time. He is technically very good, excellent local anaesthetic technique and quick surgery. I had no pain post op. I’m thrilled with my result. Before my consult I spoke with colleagues who recommended Dr Rick and I agree, definitely the go to man in Auckland. I had dental implant surgery last month and the result was amazing. Some people will feel scared and ambivalent when they hear dental implant, but after consultation with Dr. Richard, hearing the very thorough explanation about the procedure and receiving very informative answers to all my questions, I felt very reassured and I know that I am in good hands, all my anxiety just disappeared. The overall experience was great. The skills that Dr Richard and nursing assistants possess were tremendously good, painless local anaesthesia, he made sure that I am comfortable and relaxed all throughout the surgery. The recovery was also great, I was actually able to went back to work straight after the surgery. Exceptional staff and incredible team work! Highly recommended!

Well I can't say that I love going to the dentist (who does?!) but I can say that I really love having Laurie as my hygienist. She always makes the experience as comfortable and painless as possible. On the couple of occasions I've had someone other than Laurie I was a bit nervous at first but they were also great. I also appreciate receiving a reminder text a week before my appointment. I find everybody I come in contact with very friendly and welcoming.

Never done a google review before!! .. But I've recently visited Noble Dental and was seen by Jack Seo for my Periodontal treatment. After seeking advise from other practitioners, I have never come across a practice as good as this one! My gums were not in a good way prior to seeing Jack.. But since my clean, I no longer am experiencing problems with gum disease and feel so much happier and healthier! Jack was so thorough, caring and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Jack Seo and the Team at Noble Dental! 5 Star +++++

For some years I had been in denial about having gum disease. The staff at Richard Longbottom's were very supportive and after the deep cleaning I have significant improvement. I found the cleaning was not as unpleasant as expected with no after effects. At my checkup this week I had regular cleaning with no discomfort - something that has not happened for years. Richard is an excellent practitioner and periodontist. He was recommended to me by my dentist of 15 years for an implant. His work is exceptional and his manner professional and friendly and I really appreciated having everything in writing and a complete and accurate breakdown of costs. Thank you for helping to create a great smile both on the inside and the outside! :-).

I first met the A Team at Noble in November 2019 when my dentist suggested that I should go and see a gum specialist. So, I went and met the lovely Jack and he started to treat my gums. I have not looked back since. In fact it was one of the best things I ever did, as he discussed the problem with me and I started treatment right away. I returned for a follow up last Thursday, 4th June, and the treatment is working and my gums have never looked or felt as good as it does now. If you have a gum issue, and are scared of getting it checked out, don't be. Go to Noble and see what needs to be done and start the treatment. It works, and it has helped me to learn more about gum health and also how to brush my teeth and gums properly. Don't let fear stop you from starting to feel better and know more about looking after your gums. The Team at Noble are just wonderful. When you first arrive, you meet the lovelies at the front desk. Carly and Kelsey are there to greet and welcome you and put you at total ease. I cannot praise them enough for how they made me feel on my first visit and would like to pass on my sincere thanks to the lovely ladies. As for Jack, well, he is my Gum Superstar, and I would like to pass on my thanks for all that he has done for me, and all that he continues to do for me. Had an implant, in preparation for a new crown. I had a split tooth that my dentist recommended to have out by DR Richard Longbottom. I was lucky Richard was able to take this out and inserted the implant at the same time. I had the sedation, this took approx 1 1/2 hours. After the operation, for the next few days I did the perscribed post op. care. I had no pain or other irregularities at all. I would thoroughly recommend DR Longbottom for any dental work. I heard about Dr Longbottom's new digital implant smile solution. I came from the USA to see him for two weeks and have had the digital plan and surgery done painlessly. My treatment has been in the hands of Laura, and she has been always professional and exemplary in her work, gentle and caring in her manner. After an absence of some years since my last treatment, I found the Wendy and the team to be very warm, welcoming and accommodating. I was updated on the state of my gum health and given a clear plan forward with the next stages. Wendy explains everything to you and makes you feel at ease with her caring and professional manner. The friendly team in reception also do an important job of making you feel welcome and the little things like making sure they pronounce your name correctly are most appreciated. I found the dentist who analysed my tooth problem to be inspiringly professional, totally caring, empathetic and understanding. He could not have done more to help me and I honestly feel I have never experienced better treatment (after 60 odd years of going to dentists both in NZ and o'seas.) he explained everything meticulously and was wise, looking at all sides of my problems, and also very humble and generous in giving me all the information to make informed decisions. The reception team are also very warm, friendly and totally supportive.

I found Richard and his staff provided a very comprehensive and professional service. Everyone was very informative and they developed a rapport that enabled me to understand the complexities of the surgery and follow-up I required. The monitoring and follow-up was excellent and their modern facilities and equipment inspired confidence.

He pulled out my wisdom teeth (my teeth have very deep roots very close to my nerves, one of my bottom teeth was growing horizontally towards its family and I was freaked out before I see him) He did an AMAZING job that I hardly even had any chipmunks swelling! Words fail me to express my gratitude to him! He is so professional and friendly! All the stuff at his practice are so nice and helpful as well! I want to recommend him to everyone!!!

I had an awesome experience. The front desk were so welcoming and helpful. I was taken care of by Rick, and although I had really bad gums, and was a little anxious of the treatment, he helped me to understand it all and put my mind at ease. To realise I was potential up for thousands on an operation, but the new technology they have there makes this unnecessary, was a huge relief. I am usually skeptical of dentists, because everything costs alot, and I always wonder, do I really need to have that done? Rick showed me all my x-rays and computer images and explained in simple plain language what was happening, and I completely 100% comfortable, that I was getting the appropriate treatment. The whole place is really warm, and vibrant, everyone who dealt with me, was superb.

Efficient scheduling, appointments run on time, great patient care and professionalism, happy to provide pain relief as needed, infinitely gentle and caring, and positive and constructive advice and recommendations.

I am a Personal Trainer so very much dealing up close and personal with clients on a day to day basis. I have been nervous to go for a clean because I know I could have flossed more, I could see the build up on my teeth and was actually embarrassed. Today i walked in, Sarah made me feel instantly comfortable and completely relaxed about the appointment. It was over before I knew it and honestly, I already feel more confident smiling. A cold sweat does little to wash away my fears before a dental appointment. Having experienced the good old days of primary school dentists I find the idea fearful. After three months of bacterial pain I gave up, relented and accepted my fate. The clinic just surpasses your expectations. From the moment Laurie invited me through I felt at ease, I relaxed and she just made me feel like I was there, at the right time, in the right place. It is an experience that has changed my point of view and that I will remember fondly. People are awesome.

I cannot speak more highly of the team at Dr. Longbottom' practice. I recently went to observe perioscopy and learn from Laurie (RDH) . As a registered Dental Hygienist myself, I was absolutely impressed with both the excellent clinical care and the wonderful friendly service provided by everyone at the practice. I had gum lifting done and I am very happy with the result. I used to constrict my smile because it showed so much gum and my teeth were short. The gum lifting made a huge improvement. For the first time in my life, I smile and laugh without worrying. My teeth look so bright because my teeth are longer and in proportion. The length of the surgery was short and the recovery was only uncomfortable for two days after the surgery. Very satisfied with the results, the experience and the expertise from Dr. Longbottom and his team.

I desperately needed specialist deep cleaning when I first came to Top Gums. Wendy (hygienist) treated my dental issues with expertise and professionalism. Furthermore, she took care to explain and continually explore with me ways to maintain/improve my dental health post visits. The combination of onsite treatments and following her advice resulted in healthier gums after years of bleeding. Infection onsets came to a halt. I even noticed I am not as prone to full blown winter viral colds. My treatments at Topgums have not only improved my dental health but empowered me to care for my overall well-being. I am grateful to the team at Topgums, including the ladies at the front who always have a smile for their patients.

I was very impressed!! I have known the team at Noble Dental for a while now, but have never been there for a hygienist clean. A few weeks ago, i was thinking its time to get my teeth cleaned, as i had missed my last appointment due to lockdown. Normally i would go to my local dental practice and get the hygienist to clean my teeth, but this time, I thought i would book an appointment with Kim at Noble Dental, to see what a hygienist clean at a periodontist practice would be like. Wow it was a game changer, the attention to detail, and care was outstanding. Kim made me feel at ease, didn't rush and spent the time to explain what was going on inside my mouth. For me, the difference was huge, and to be honest has changed my mind on where i want to go each year to have my teeth clean. Thanks Kim and Noble Dental, I will definitely be back.
