My first visit to a dentist in 10yrs. Previously had a bad experience with a different dentist. I needed emergency treatment yesterday. Jason the Dentist was clear on what needed to be done. His entire team were kind & attentive. I was able to Netflix and chill while treatment was being done. The ladies were awesome at helping me calm my nerves. Giving me a soft toy to cuddle, reminding me to take deep breaths, and giving me a comforting hand of support on my shoulder . Jason gave me clear instructions on raising my left hand if I feel any discomfort and this came in handy when I needed to take a break. The facilities at Primecare Dental Highland Park are very clean. The staff care about their clients and making their treatment as smooth sailing as possible. I highly recommend. Thanks team 🙂

First time having a good experience at the dentists. Super friendly staff and dentists! Booked an appointment with Dr Peter Noh for my wisdom teeth extraction. Peter was very professional and maintained great communication throughout the whole procedure. Everything was done and dusted in no time and it was the first time I'd say that the price was worth the experience (at the dentists)! Highly recommend.

Hands down one of the best dental clinics I've been to by far, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which is always a great start to a visit to the dentists. I booked my mum in to see Dr. Peter Noh for a check-up and extraction. Peter was very attentive and explained everything he was doing, whilst at the same time calming my mums nerves down! He stayed very professional throughout the whole visit and the costs were very good for the services provided. I highly recommend Dr. Peter Noh and will definitely be the only Dentist my family and I will be visiting from now on.

Very happy with my experience at Primecare Dental. I saw Dr Jason Koo for a checkup and clean. He was exceptionally thorough and gentle, and showed a genuine care for his patients. I usually bleed with cleaning but I was amazed there was no bleeding and very minimal pain with his gentle technique. Plus it was awesome to be able to watch Netflix whilst getting treatment!! Highly recommended!

Coming from the Philippines, I had dental braces when I arrived here in New Zealand in 2017. Considering my unusual situation, Primecare Dental continued my dental braces and I had it done in 2019. Dr. Jason is one of the best. I took my two little ones to him. It was my 4-year-old's first dentist appointment and she walked away still smiling after two fillings in one visit. Great for grownups and kids. Impeccable service.

I have been a patient at Primecare Dental ever since the wonderful Tricia started working there many many years ago. First impressions are lasting & her wonderful cheery greeting, along with having a lovely waiting room with drink facilities are great to set the tone of the visit. Sam the previous owner & now Jason the current owner is always approachable, ready with a listening ear & taking the time to clearly explain whatever treatment is required. I no longer dread the thought of my regular check up visits as I know I am instantly put at ease. The fact they offer a full range of services, are open on Saturdays & prepared to help out in the case of an emergency at any time are added benefits along with having very reasonable charges.

After hearing the ad on the radio for Primecare I thought that I would give the practice my business. Even though I live on the North Shore of Auckland, Primecare is not exactly my local dental practice. After researching other practices I found Primecare to be the most competitively priced for the work that I need doing. There was quick communication after my initial email query and an appointment was made for a time that suited me. Taking my mouth to Primecare was the best choice I have ever made for the care of my teeth. I was met with wonderfully friendly and patient staff- from the receptionist, to the dental nurse and dentist. I was pretty nervous at the prospect of having two teeth extracted and a titanium pin placed in my upper jaw all during one appointment but I was well taken care of. I experienced no pain nor discomfort and there was the added bonus of Netflix to view that distracted me from what was going on inside my mouth. It will be three months before my treatment is completed as I still need two implants completed but I am in no doubt that I am in the best hands. It was so refreshing to deal with true dental professionals. What a pity that there isn’t a Primecare Dental practice closer to home. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Primecare Dental.

Primecare is my dental dream team who I always look forward to seeing. I have never felt as if I was going to the dentist whenever I visit as I am always greeted by the terrific Tricia. The team here are so friendly and caring! Dr. Sam Park is an excellent, charismatic dental practitioner with high standards and professionalism like no other. He continuously provide me with detailed and honest answers to all my queries to ensure I am confident in making the best decisions in my dental journey. It is evident in the way Dr Sam provides his services that he genuinely cares about your smile and your dental health. I'm not sure I can ever trust someone else with my smile. The team at Primecare dental is very caring and attentive, the receptionist Trisha is very polite, always greets you kindly as you arrive. When I started my dental treatment with them, at first my parents and I were very concerned because my teeth needed to be removed for the braces. Dr. Sam Park discussed this with us patiently and finally I gone through the removal successfully thanks to Dr Park. He is very professional and perceptive always putting your comfort at his priority. Primecare dental was my first dental clinic and the best i can ever find.

I have been visiting Primecare Dental since I was 12, and the atmosphere there completely takes away the usual fear of going to the Dentist! The staff are lovely and really make you feel at ease. I also had the pleasure of going through my Invisalign treatment there, and would highly recommend this procedure to anyone who is unhappy with their smile but does not want traditional metal braces. I just want to give a huge shout out to Prime Dental for their excellent treatment. I had a bad experience at another dentist so was quite reluctant to visit a dentist that I was not familiar with. The team at Prime Dental was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease from day 1. They are very professional and kept me updated every step of the way and they were upfront with the costs. There were no hidden costs along the way and their fees are excellent. It was the best dental experience I have ever had and would highly recommend this awesome team.

I was highly recommended to book a consultation with Jason, and am absolutely delighted with the results. At the time of consultation I was having a very stressful week, and Jason and his lovely team put me at ease and were very empathetic and reassuring, as well as their touted professional selves. The result is a new crown and I'm completely satisfied with the result. The whole experience (two visits) were painless and in fact a pleasure. I have been to a few different dentists to find out more about invisalign in the past two years and have finally chosen Sam to be my invisalign dentist. He has always been great and gave me confidence throughout the journey. Tricia the receptionist has always been lovely as well and very supportive. I'm on my last few sets of braces and am very pleased with the results so far! They are really professional and will definitely tell all my friends about Sam's professionalism.

Been to see Dr. Jason for the first time and agreed to have a implant done. As the process was not clear. I have to express that spending $4500 and come out with front tooth with different colour was a real disappointment. I was told that the shade of colour will Blend in as time go by. It’s is coming up a year and still looking at 2 different colours . Not the end of the world but if you want a good job done check your details before spend 4500 .

Sam is absolutely amazing. I've been to many different dentists and of course none of them has failed in disappointing me. They showed "good personality" when I went to see them the first few times, and gradually they became rude and I felt ignored - they always started late (the last patient had delays) but always finished early or on time with me despite the late start, and when I asked questions they just wouldn't explain. I then found Sam - and I am absolutely grateful for that! Sam's amazing in his techniques and his personality - he explains clearly and tries to make sure that you do understand the treatment plan. He explains the different option and he's not in a hurry to push you into making decisions - makes you wonder if he really wants you to spend your money at all :P Sam's really great - he's funny and caring and he really looks after my teeth well. Sure i still have problems (which is why I still need to see him) but it's not scary for me to visit him at all. In fact, it's probably one of the best times I have outside work! I'm literally looking forward to visiting him because he's funny and a good listener (yeah I think dentists should really learn to be funny and be a good listener. they should have some courses on that when they do their university & training) and he really makes my bad day go away - so I like to choose to see Sam at the end of the horrible working day so that I can complain :) Oh and I forgot to show my appreciation for Tricia. She's just lovely and friendly and is another good listener hearing me out :) and Sam, if you are reading this, please note that I'm going to see you again soon because my teeth is playing games with me again.... by the way I scrolled and see all the reviews and all gave 5's except for one who gave a 1? I mean....god...you are going to see a dentist and pain should be well expected! Not having any pain when I walked out of Sam's clinic was what I didn't expect (I was expecting pains, you know)!

Although its rare for anyone to say they look forward to going to the dentist, I am happy going to Primecare Dental as I know I am going to get quality service and the best dental advice for me. Sam not only looks after my teeth but is vigilant in watching out for any sign of periodontal gum disease. Thankfully, there has been no return of this disease for many years now. I have bad teeth. I have $30k over the last 15 years bad teeth. I'm also an American, and I'm used to a very high quality of dental care. Since I've moved to NZ I've struggled to find even competent dental care. My journey has brought me a bad root canal in one tooth and cost me another one entirely. Both could have been avoided if any of the three dentists I've been to had listened to me. Fortunately. I came to Primcare when I felt the pain and pressure, again, and even though my first experience with them was losing that tooth... I think I've finally found a dentist who knows what they're doing.

They are up front, they care and work with you to fix the problem. I travel from Pukekohe because I trust Dr Park. His staff is professional and fun, if any fears will soon leave you. Call them you not go to any other dentist promise.

I have to share as I've saved $20,000.00. It's all about the "dentist/orthodontist. 1st ortho says, "yes your 13 year old needs braces" $8,500. Eeekkkk Get a second opinion! Sam Park from Prime Care Dental, says "he's not that bad, he has a good bite, and he's still growing, come back in 2 years, he may not even need them." Gee wizz. Blows my mind! *Second incident. See Sam Park for 15 year old who's wisdom tooth is growing side wards, it is also still firmly imbedded in the jaw bone and is close to nerves. Specialist needed!!! $$. Sam refers us to Budget Care Dental to a Dr Mansour who is a contractor for the DHB, Mansour will go to Budget Dental Care at Otahuhu if there has been a referral from a dentist. I was thinking, private$$ public hospital, wait list!!!! (may not even be seen to){ panic attack coming on} Ps I have not yet handed any $$ over. As 13 year old was seen at primecaredantal as a FREE assessment for braces. And the 15 year old was under the free dental check up for school age kids. By the looks of things Dr Sam Park really takes care of his patients. He doesn't seem to be after the fast buck and goes out of his way to help! Wish I'd found him years ago. Ps he's really friendly and nice!!. Thanks so ooo much Sam I am truly humbled by your willingness to offer the best service. Ps you don't know it yet but something funky is happening to my tooth!!
