Wonderful experience, if you can say that about a dentist. Andrew has exceptionally high standards for his own work and will not hesitate to send a crown back to be remade if it is not perfect. He is patient with his patients and always willing to answer questions.

This was the best dental experience I have had. Dr Hong and his mentor/assistant make an excellent team with more than 50years combined experience. They might not be native English speakers, but nobody has ever done such a great job of explaining my teeth to me. They felt authentic and trustworthy, and made sure I was on board without being pushy. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Dr Andrew and his assistant were professional, gentle and did excellent work. I originally went to Star Dental for a teeth clean procedure and x-ray where Dr Andrew then found I had a cavity in the side of one of my teeth. I was incredibly nervous to get the cavity removed from bad past dentist experiences but this experience left a good taste in my mouth. Dr Andrew and his assistant were very gentle and explained what was happening throughout the procedure. The whole thing was done in about 30 min; 5 stars from me!

Easy access with plenty of parking spaces. Both Dr. Hong and assistant were very kind. They explained everything as we go through the treatment. Absolutely no pain during a complex wisdom teeth extraction which was great. Worth a visit if you need any dental check-up or treatment.

Was not fancy enough their outside of the clinic No! their treatment results are thumbs up. Very kind and skillful tooth extraction made me out of the pain. Affordable price. Easy parking is bonus. 감사합니다.

Thank you for sending the tooth mousse as compensation after what happened below: "I bought hygiene package voucher on groupon after comparing lots of other facilities providing such service with cheaper prices, only because your rating is very high under google review. My appointment was booked at 12pm today and I also advised to your staff on the phone it was groupon voucher when booking was made, the voucher states Rosedale as the only location. Surprisingly there was no one attend when I arrived, and i was told you booked me at different location. Your staff made mistakes because she was new! But, really, for your mistakes, i have to drive 40km in total from home to Rosedale and back home for absolutely nothing, on my day-off! Totally waste of time and money!"
