The after-sales service from Simon has been exemplary! We have had our Aquapick for just under a year, and really can't imagine not having it. The biggest change since we've been using it is the lack of "bad morning breath". I guess if you properly remove all traces of food from between your teeth, the bacteria have nothing to feed on, and don't get up to mischief in your mouth overnight. We gave our son the smaller battery operated unit because he had braces. His orthodontist has been very happy with his dental hygiene throughout his treatment. Some of the brackets have already been removed and the teeth show none of the discoloration that could have been there if he didn't clean his teeth well enough. So, we are delighted with the product!

I wish I knew about water flossing earlier as it is such a wonderful thing for your oral health. Because you can never floss all your teeth with a line floss that clean. From the first time I used the Aquapick water flosser I immediately fell in love with it. Simon is so professional who sells his products with incredible customer service. Simon is always there for you whenever you have any questions or issues. Now I do not feel comfortable without using Aquapick as my mouth and teeth feel so nice and clean afterwards. Aquapick is so easy to use for whole family, I would recommend anyone to buy Aquapick NZ products.

I emailed Simon at Aquapick NZ regarding my Aquapick 300 which had stopped working after a number of years. He suggested I rang him and he was very helpful on the phone and had a new one sent to me within days! I have found this product to be perfect for ensuring my gums and teeth are clean and healthy.
