Very impressed with the all round professional service from Pierre Gill and his friendly team at this Dental office. Pierre is excellent, gentle mannered in his work, friendly, competent and genuinely cares about your teeth and gums. I also saw the hygienist Deb a few days before she was brilliant, highly recommend both of them.

I have been a patient for 7 years. If you are nervous or have a fear of dentists, Janette is the lady to visit. Janette instantly puts you at ease and gently takes you through the process step by step. Well worth a visit!

A wonderful and professional visit to Janette and Kellie. Both rearranged other commitments to see me after hours. It was very clear that both Kellie and Janette were extremely experienced and talented in their field. Would highly recommend if you want exceptional work with kind and caring ladies.

I have visited this clinic a few times and have always found the experience to be as good as possible. Dr Wilcox provided informative and helpful care and was very kind and friendly. Clinic is super clean and relaxing and I have found this a lovely setting. I definitely recommend this clinic to my family and friends. 10/10

I have been with NDC for a few years and am very impressed. From having to have some emergency work done during the first lockdown, Pierre really looked after me and had continued with some excellent work. I'm in the process of getting a tooth implant, the technology at NDC is very advanced. I highly recommend Pierre and the surgery

I've been a patient of Janette's for a number of years, and have consistently received excellent, professional care. Janette and Joy's humour is an added bonus. A couple of events have necessitated short notice appointments and the staff have gone out of their way to accommodate. Highly recommended!!

Alex is the best dentist I have ever been to! His work is always exemplary which is coupled by his friendly, courteous and calming presence. He manages to make each visit almost pain free regardless of what work is being done. His assistant Kelsey is also AMAZING for all the above reasons as well!! A great team :)

Wow! What a great experience I had with Dr. Alex Munro at the Nelson Dental Centre. Alex was extremely professional, friendly and competent throughout my entire appointment. This was my first time using Alex as my dentist and he made the whole process so easy and painless. I will be going back to Alex in the future for all my dental requirements and would highly recommend him to others. Keep up the great work Alex!

My previous review of Nelson Dental Centre is below. This edit is in response to Janette's response. Continuing to be a lovely person, Janette personally called me to inquire about my review. We have solved the issue. I certainly appreciate the timely response and the willingness to amend problems. Thank you. First off, Janette is a very lovely person and good at dentistry. Thank you for that positive outcome. Otherwise, I feel I have been taken advantage of. After my first-exam, I scheduled an appointment for a filling. I ask how much this would be and was told around $120 (there is not a price list on there website). After the filling I was told I would receive a reduced price as I had to reschedule once due to over-booking and then wait 30 minutes for the second appointment. My bill came to $200. That was with a $47 reduction. And I opted out for local anesthetic. I asked about this and was told that they must have said pricing starts from $120, which was not what was actually said. Anyway, just a heads up if you choose to use the Nelson Dental Centre.

Janette Wilcox has been my dentist of choice for over 10 years. She is fun and makes me laugh. Definitely a special person and committed to her profession. I still remember her sending me a pic of her new drill purchase via facebook! I have become good friends with both Janette & her sidekick Joy in the the process. Highly recommended these two!

Care shown by all of the staff - receptionists, dental assistants and the dentist. Alex is the best dentist i've ever been too and makes you feel super relaxed - he is also exceptionally good at fillings and I honestly didn't feel the injection at all. I recommend Nelson Dental Centre to everyone I can, it's an outstanding dental clinic :)
