Excellence all round. Tania made sure I was booked in fast so anxiety levels didn't go through the roof. She's amazing. Maria always the best. Made me feel at ease the whole time while getting a tooth out. Patience of a saint. Brooke there hygienist is brilliant so kind and caring. They are all highly skilled in there positions.. Highly recommend Tauranga Crossing Dental to all.

A very efficiently run practice with excellent staff. I was seen by Dr. Jose Mourinho for a repair to my tooth and he was so thorough with his work, I felt like I was in excellent and very capable hands. He was very friendly and explained everything before he did it, providing options for treatment. I would highly recommend this practice. So glad I found it! Also, thank you to Tania for fitting me in at very late notice.

Best dental experience to date. Jose talked through the filling process as it occurred ensuring I knew what was happening at all times. Highly recommended dental practice, and it was a painless experience.

I would give 6 stars if it would be possible. I had my appointment with Dr Jose Marinho and I have never had that thorough attention as I got today. high tech solutions, well explained every step. Highly recommend them!

I’ve been put off seeing a dentist for 5 years only because of previous dodgy experiences with other dentists which were deemed affordable. I guess you get what you pay for – “cheap and nasty” 🙄. First time seeing a quality dentist practice which I must say has converted me to enjoy dental visits. Their values are exactly 100% followed – gentle/caring, Quality Driven, Committed, Trust and Respect. None of these were compromised throughout any of my 4 visits. Don’t feel embarrassed to come here because they are there to help where they can. Every one of the staff I encountered within this practice has always been very respectful, caring and friendly. It’s like visiting family. 😀 The costs are quite reasonable compared to other practices but it is totally worth every dollar. If you have the money, time and insurance, it is definitely worth seeing this team. Thanks to the team for helping me with my dental journey so far especially Jose Marinho, your professionalism, skill and gentle nature is incomparable

Maria is a fantastic dentist and very gentle. I appreciated how she explained everything to me as she did the new crowns on my teeth. The practice is lovely and new, very clean and the whole team are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

Having just moved to Tauranga and have come to the Tauranga Crossing dentist. The treatment has been top notch and I recommend Jose and his team. Awesome people who look after you well.

Jose Marino is a considered, highly skilled dentist who saw me through the Invisalign braces process over a year and throughout the Covid lockdown. Now he is at the Tauranga Crossing Dental, I am so pleased because the staff and the equipment and space there are top quality. Jose made sure I knew about the Invisalign treatment plan. His vision for how this could work for me, since I am in my 50s, showed his skill as a cosmetic dentist. Mostly, I just like seeing him and talking with him - is that allowed with your dentist?! I am thrilled with my result and wish Jose and his colleagues at Tauranga Crossing dental all the best.

Maria has been working on my teeth/smile for 4 years and today was the final appointment.I had complete trust in what Maria’s vision was for me , I cannot express how much Maria has changed my life . Her work and the team she has to support her is the best .I consider Maria and Tania as good friends now .If you want the best , then look no further.😁

Being anxious of dental procedures Dr Maria provided me with an oral sedative keeping me calm and relaxed and informed through every stage of the procedure. Is it wrong to miss going to your dentist? Not the appointment - actually your dentist! Having avoided going to "The Dentist" for over 15 years I made an appointment to see Maria. I needed 2 fillings & had a hygienist appt as well. Maria made the whole process painless, both literally & figuratively. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful and I'm genuinely looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks ladies, you're all amazing :-)

Great experience to what is traditionally an unpopular event in my life (dentest visit) All of the ladies were helpful, cheerful, professional and attentive. I had a initial consultation and xrays / photos with Maria who was informative and knowledgable and highlighted a couple of potential areas on concern that could develop. The next day I had 90 minutes with Claire the hygenist (its been a while) she was cool, careful, considerate & competent and it was a painless and èfficient process. Lastly Thanks Tania, the competent operator at the front office. It was nice to meet real genuine professionals with empathy and personality that that enjoy their jobs, You guys can be in my army anytime. Cheers Glenn (ex nz army)
