B.I switched to City Dentists some years ago, at the recommendation of my partner, who thought that my previous dentist, who had joined the Loomio franchise, was under pressure to drum up business. Kamil, my dentist, is very professional and conservative, not recommending treatments that are not immediately necessary. I have also been treated by a number of hygenists, and they have all been extremely competent, keeping my 72-year-old mouth in as good a condition as can be expected.
D.Friendly team and very welcoming to new customers. Moved down from Auckland and was looking for a new dentist, couldn’t have found better!!
Just make sure you book well in advance as they are very busy!!
K.First time I had been to City Dentists, being a person who delays going to dentists previously I had the best experience here!!
Kristen was great, she sensed my apprehension and calmed me down, she explained what she was doing and was open and honest on options too.

I've only had a check-up and hygienist appointment so far, but the experience was very good all round. Y.I had a very eye-opening, educational trip to the hygienists the other day at City Dentists. I'd never been to the hygienists before but not only did my she show me how to floss properly but she explained why it was important and explained to me how it disrupts the growth of gingivitis etc. I've flossed every day or second day since since her talk was so motivating. She also taught me in detail about different toothpastes and risks in buying whitening products at the supermarket and stuff, which I thought was eye opening and fascinating. She wasn't condescending at all and I felt very respected. You could tell she was super enthusiastic and passionate about her job, and I trusted her 100% with my teeth.
F.Great dentist in Wellington central. I was in Wellington for work and had an issue with my wisdom teeth...booked an appointment online to see City Dentists, and they were fantastic. O.I am a classic, "Don't like the Dentist" human. However, I have finally found a dentist that I actually enjoy booking an appointment with as I know I will be well looked after. I have had several treatments here now and will not be changing my dentist as I am extremely happy with their services.
A.After previous experience of having a wisdom tooth removed that I felt every minute of. I gained a phobia of dentists like a lot of people. I shake so much having to go. Well last thursday I broke a tooth. Rang city dentists at 7am friday morning and got an apt at 8am with Kamil. All I can say is wow! Kamil was absolutely amazing and calming and took his time with me explained it was a wisdom I had broken which sent my nerves way up again. I shouldn't have worried... he was in no rush and waited patiently for the injection to work. When it came time to remove the tooth I barely even felt the pressure or pulling that you normally do!. I will now only go to Kamil and cant recommend this team enough! After care is just as amazing.
S.I had not been to the dentist in years after a bad experience with a different dentist. Chris explained the procedure to me & made me feel comfortable. He also explained the various options I could go with going forward and recommended an Orthodontist. I also had an appointment with Dental Hygienist Caroline and again she made me feel comfortable and gave some good tips on oral health. I would totally recommend City Dentists (unless you have a particular disliking for Mr Bean)
s.I had a very pleasant experience at City Dentists! I went to see Dr. Chris last Oct 2017 for a cracked tooth & he did a great job on my dental filling & gave advice/plan on what to do next. And, this month i went to see Dr. Kamil to re-cement my crown & Kimberley for cleaning/dental hygiene. They are very professional & wonderful. i am very satisfied with their work. Two thumbs up to all of them, esp. to Kimberley.
E.They saw me promptly for a very sore root canal. I had great service with an explanation for every step. Good advice on after care as well. I'm definitely changing dentists to City Dentists.
d.After losing part of a filling in one of my wisdom teeth I needed it fixed urgently. On the advice of a work colleague I contacted City Dentists and they were able to see me that same morning. Several hours later my tooth was repaired and I am extremely happy with the work carried out. I absolutely recommend City Dentists as they provide a great service and are provide excellent value for money!

A.I have been going to Chris at City Dentists for a few years now, and I keep coming back because he is awesome!! I even came back to NZ once a year to visit Chris when I lived in London -- he really is that good! He knows his stuff, and he is gentle, gives great advice (you really know what you are getting into whether it be a simple filling or a root canal!!) ... and is really approachable and friendly.

A.I am petrified of the dentist, after suffering at the hands of a horrible dentist and dental nurse when I broke my jaw at 5 years old. That was back in the 60s and British school dentist days. I haven't been to the dentist for years, but when my bottom front tooth chipped this week I had no choice. I knew things where bad, so did my research and decided City Dentists looked trust worthy. The lovely lady that took my booking was so reassuring and when I met with Kristen, she made me feel safe, was soothing, very patient and gentle with me. Kristen worked her magic, with a completely pain free stress-less fix to my tooth (which looks great). It is without a doubt, the best experience visiting a dentist I have ever had in my life. I've just booked an examination and a treatment plan session with Kristen - at my own free will, no pressure from Kristen what so ever. I can't believe I'm saying this but I am now excited about getting my teeth and gums in order and having a healthy mouth. I highly recommend City Dentists to anyone, in particular anyone with a phobia of dentists!
U.I had a good experience there. Went for Wisdom tooth extractions and it was done smoothly by very professional and competent Kamil. He explained everything and informed and advice for future protection very professionally. I believe if the prices for treatments are on the higher note else this would make the recommendation to 100%. But for the professionalism and service I would definitely recommend them.

C.Chris (male) was my dentist and he was the nicest guy, made me feel as comfortable as he could considering the situation. Receptionists are ok, but the business would benefit from them being more understanding when you're in pain.
M.I have been going to City Dentist for the last 4 years and am surprised that two people have scored them poorly. I have always been very pleased with my treatments and have found the team to be excellent. One thing I like is that the dentist never suggests a filling unless it is necessary and has always provided me with a range of options, including affordable ones.

H.If you want care, integrity and honesty as well as a professional service come here. I knew my back teeth were going to be difficult - I have had problems in the past with extremely deep roots. My dentist gave me options all the way and discussed impacts to my wallet as well as my teeth.

P.I first attended City Dentists Ltd during the Christmas holiday period when I needed urgent treatment for very sore gums and a tooth. Chris was outstanding, not only in addressing my tooth problem but providing reassurance in all aspects of my treatment.
At a subsequent visit Kamil provided excellent treatment including stronger antibiotics to cure infection. (Chris was probably enjoying a late Christmas break!)
I very much appreciated both Chris and Kamil for their professionalism but also the quality of service provided by their hygenists and their reception staff.

S.Wow. I was really stressed and anxious when I was out of town visiting family and needed dental help. Going to a new dentist can feel really scary, but City Dentists took care of me.
My Dad recommended them, because he sees Dr. Tinawi there. They were so incredibly nice and patient and managed to get me in during their already booked day.
Dr. Tinawi, was able to address my tooth and constantly checked to make sure I wasn't in pain through-out the procedure. Overall my visit was surprisingly a pleasant visits to the dentist.
I recommend them very highly.
B.I have an extreme phobia of dentists and have not been in 8 years. I had to do something about my teeth and after a bit of research came to booking in with City Dentists. I was made to feel extremely welcome despite the poor condition of my teeth and every step was taken to help me feel comfortable despite my fear. P.Kamil has to be one of the best - if not the best - dentist I've been to; and I've been going to dentists for about 70 years now. I've recommended him to others and had good feedback from them. And hygienist Caroline is excellent , too.

D.This was my 2nd visit to City Dentists after a very long period of not going to a dentist at all. My 1st visit 6 months ago reminded me of why I stopped going. But at that time I was given suggestions on dental hygene that I applied for the 6 months until me 2nd visit.
This visit was a much better experience, the suggestions that I had been following really paid off with my teeth being in much better shape and sensitivy decreased.

T.Had a great job done at City Dentists when I was in Wellington. Lost a tooth a while ago and always had issues eating on that side. The dentist I saw talked through all the options I have, explained the difference and costs. I decided to have a dental implant and was considering some of those mini-implants as they are cheaper but after talking to them I understood exactly the difference and I decided to go with one of the best implants available. I now have a brand new tooth few months later and I am very happy as no one can tell the difference. I will go there again when back in Wellington. City Dentists in Wellington are the best for dental implants.

B.I came to City Dentists after years with another dentist, who was originally a stand-alone operator but later joined the Lumino franchise. He moved to another centre to start a new Lumino practise.
I stayed with Lumino for a while but was urged to switch by my partner, who had been with City Dentists for years. The treatment I have had – just one simple filling so far – was, of course, done very competently.
