J.If you are looking to break the trend of bad dental experiences, this is your place to go. Simon and the team really have a passion for making a difference in their clients dental health and confidence! I have had more than one appointment at Simply Dental and would recommend it 100 times over :)
A.The team here is amazing! I came for years and years doing invisalign and other routine work. Then took a 3 year break after moving to Auckland.
I recently booked again after some strange experiences with Auckland dentists. As I came through the door Tammy still remembered me by name; which gives you an idea of their customer service!
Simon is always on point and makes sure to explain everything and answer all your questions both thoroughly and in a way you can understand.
The best part from todays visit is Simon saved me from quite a bit of dental work that has been quoted in Auckland. Having all my records he was able to see that there was absolutely nothing to do as it was all old historic stuff. The new dentist I tried didn't even try to get my records which as I found out is something Simon would have done!
A.The dentists are friendly and know what they are doing, I have been going here for years now and have always been impressed. Make sure you do what you are best for your teeth as sometimes they try to upsell to me which I suppose is part of their job. Dental wise I am very pleased and would recommend.
R.Going to the dentist can be so stressful and scary, but Simon's calm, gentle and compassionate demeanor put my mind at ease and I didn't feel rushed through the process.
Amazingly professional and friendly, not to mention affordable. I frequently recommend Simply Dental to friends and family who feel they are at an impasse with their dental needs.
B.I have only been for a 15 minute consultation regarding Braces with Simon, and from my first phone call with Tammy I felt so welcome and safe. I'm really looking forward to getting started on my Braces but just wanted everyone and the team to know how amazing Simply Dental is :)
T.Such Great service and lovely safe environment. Simon is my dentist and Rachel and Robin are the best. You have all helped me so much and for that im am so grateful. I had a full upper denture and a parcial lower. it took two attempts to have it fit perfectly and they look so real :) reconmend for sure. S.These guys are fantastic, everyone on the team is friendly and welcoming. I had a lot of stress around going to the dentist but the team made me feel at ease, I learned a lot about preventative care and they also offer payment plans. Thank you!!!!! :D
A.I am terrified of the dentist but Simon and his team gave me sedation options.... friendly and professional.... highly recommend to anyone who is terrified of dentists.... very reasonable rates as well
