K.An excellent experience! They followed up quickly on the email I left the night before and arranged an appointment for me the following day. Very efficient. I was taken into the chair a few minutes after my alloted time and Tim did a very good job of reattaching the gold overlay to my tooth. Nice people.
A.I was treated by dentist Jessie Liang this morning. What a great, friendly, cheerful and patient manner she has! Very welcoming, answered all my questions and explained clearly everything she was going to do. She did not rush. I was very happy to have her treat me. I felt like a person and not just a patient.
E.I saw Jessie this morning and thought she was brilliant - friendly patient manner, discussed everything in an easy to understand way, covered over all of my concerns. Her dental assistant was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend seeing her :)
S.Had an extraction today, never a good thing but my dentist and her assistant were great. Very informative especially around medication I was already taking, pros and cons of the procedure etc. Highly recommend.
