S.Hard working staff who did a fantastic job dealing with some problematic immunisation records from a previous doctor for my 18 month old son. I felt like we met almost the entire staff today as we dealt with this issue; helpful receptionists, lovely nurses and a very caring doctor. Overall we were very well looked after. Thank You Botany Medical.
N.My Dad used to be looked after by Dr Salam and Dr Hilal. They were very attentive and compassionate towards his illness. The support the whole family received was immense; it helped us support my Dad. We are forever grateful.
A.Kindly offers walk in vaccine booster shots without any bookings, the facilities are well kept and staff are friendly. The reception is operated by two staff members, while there is a wide roster of staff working in the back. There is notably a little store inside that serves a limited range of OTC and prescription medication.
s.Doctor salam is amazing very thorough did an amazing check up for my newborn and genuinely you can feel he cares about his patients have transfered all my family here.. finally found a great gp :)
W.Lovely warm welcome - receptionist knows my name! Never had that before. Nurses are fun and accommodating. It is $40 a visit and you are sharing your time with another customer who's tucked away in another office. Oh, dont be surprised if he prescribes antihistamines for a bacterial infection and a harsh chesty cough. Had to seek advice elsewhere.
V.Please know its really hard to get through when calling through to your phone line. The service here is good. Need improvement with phone engagement.
F.The shorter waiting times is one of the reasons why I like this place, compared with other doctors in this area.
The major reason of course is Dr Salaam and Dr Hilal - two of the best doctors around! We have known Dr Salaam for more than 17 years, and he is probably the best family doctor you could find.
I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.
PS - we moved our entire family to this practice!

A.I have experienced a very high level of care from the Doctors. Dr.Wahid has treated me in the best possible way. Clinically very confident which gave me a good sense of reassurance. Clearly explained what needed to be done and why and the implications involved during the recovery period. I also found Dr Zia very supportive.

K.We highly recommend this doctor's. Me and my husband visited this clinic today and my husband had a boil that was infectioned and Dr Q Ali was amazing and took care of my husband and treated him well also he explained to us each medically all my questions accurately. Before we use to go East Tamaki health care for years and not entirely but it became to frequent that the quality of our visits were not met with satisfaction. People's lives are not a joke obviously just one example my husband got diagnosed wrong so we had to go the emergency doctors. This is just us responding to the signs/red flags for us. Since it's a new establishment in Botany is nice and clean and very welcoming. Salute to Dr Q Ali bless your hands and craft.
