J.I went in being pretty anxious as I didn't know what to say or what my skin needs and the staff were all soooo friendly and understanding and made me feel super comfortable. I really feel like they are going to look after me :)
G.I love how professional and friendly Sandra and the team are at Caci Ellerslie. When I moved to the shore some years ago, I tried to find somewhere else closer to home, but after visiting many places, I just haven't been able to and have since returned. It is definitely worth the extra time for me to get there.

I have been visiting Caci in Ellerslie for 2 years now and have never been disappointed..the premises are emaculate...and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly...I was feeling pretty down on myself when I first approached Caci, but after clear explanation of services and benefits I left feeling a million dollars and have never looked back since...I will forever be grateful to Sandra and the team at Caci Ellerslie for their recommendations and guidance...it has boosted my self esteem to new levels...and they are by no means a one stop shop also..they took time to explain what would work for me individually and why. Great value for money... highly recommended ❤️
A.I've been coming to Caci Ellerslie for around 18 months and after a thorough consult it was recommended that I go on a treatment plan. Working fulltime and running a busy house, at first I thought how will I fit this in every 3-4 weeks but in hindsight I'm so glad that I did it. I'm the kind of person who prioritises everyone/thing else before me but this has become a non negotiable me -time and I feel my skin has benefited greatly from it. I have always found the staff to be very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable in their recommendations.
e.Caci is so professional. My nurse was totally professional and efficient. They will not take you for any service that they do not think will work for you. I have enquired at times about treatment and been advised that it would not be beneficial. They are honest and always professional. i cannot recommend them more highly. Eleanor

E.Hi everyone sharing my review of Cacci in Ellerslie. Firstly I didn't know what to expect once I opened the door. It was that welcoming feeling the questions I needed to know was "What do you do" may sound duh!! to you but those words meant a lot to me. Wow, I had my first treatment that day within 1/2 hr I felt light full of energy and so refreshing. Be pampered is all you need. The faculty are brilliantly incredible they do care not just for woman men to. Financial time plan yes easy simple is for me. Cacci thank you
B.I have returned to Caci Ellerslie after trying a cheaper option - the old adage "you get what you pay for" is so true. I am amazed at the results now I am back at Caci Ellerslie, and will not stray again!! The staff are knowledgeable and honest and the results do not disappoint.

S.The treatments themselves are lovely, and Cassy was absolutely awesome which is why I am giving 3 stars.
Unfortunately, the treatments didn't work for me (understandably they won't work for everyone), but I was sort of assured they would.
I've recently developed acne at age 28, which has been worse than it has ever been. I looked at every option to try and remedy this and decided to chat with Caci to see what they could offer. When I had my first appointment, I expressed my only skin concern which was acne. I was told undoubtably that these treatments would work, and that at no point would I need to supplement the treatments by buying additional products sold by them. I decided to sign up on the 12 month treatment plan which was expensive, but because of their reassurances, I thought it would be worth it. I asked what would happen if it didn't work for me, and they told me they would recommend I quit if that were the case..
Following my first facial I was immediately told to buy a product, so I did. And then I had to buy a specific moisturiser, and then I was recommended another product, and then I was recommended a $900 treatment (I didn't do it). Nothing was working and I was spending more and more money. My facialist even said "we can only do so much, you clearly have hormonal acne" which is fine, but why wouldn't I be told that at the beginning?
It's been 6 months of little change, maybe my skin tone/texture has improved but I'm not sure as that's never been a concern. So I've decided to quit and I have an additional $200 to pay as they did extra treatments in the first few months.
I ran out of the moisturiser I was recommended and decided to buy cetaphil and now for the first time in a looonggggg time my skin is OK.
So anyway, that has been my experience, hopefully the lady who signs people up takes this into consideration and won't over promise anymore.
For those in my position looking for a solution, don't be misled like I was..

M.Great service but twice they've cancelled appointments on me which is just frustrating. Especially when they made a point of telling me the importance of having my treatments within 3 weeks of each other. At this point I'm unsure if this compromises my treatment or not. They couldn't offer me an alternative appointment in time that suited me which is equally as frustrating
L.The staff are super lovely and will do whatever they can to help you. They have wonderful advice and go out of their way to make you feel looked after. Service is impeccable and I would definitely recommend
