A.I am visiting Dominion road surgery Since 2012 for routine checkups. I would say their doctors (Dr.Basu & Dr.Karthak) are very friendly,kind and experienced in their field . In Past I always had a trouble with their receptionist as She hardly pick up the call & never followed up any queries or calls but Recently I visited and found out many changes in administrative which is much more professionalise. Specially my phone was answered within 1st attempt and appointment booked without any problem.In couple of days again I made call to know my test results as somehow it wasn’t showing on “Manage my Health” app and Dr.Karthak was the one who picked up the call and He transfer my call to Practice Nurse Jennifer then I provided my details and within 2 minutes I received my results via email which was prompt & hassle free and she followed up until my all queries solved . Thanks to Jennifer & Dr.Basu and I hope I will get the same service in future.
A.This is the best GP in town, even though I live in Papatoetoe I still have him as my GP as its very convenient and Dr karthik is very efficient in reaching out Patients. Recently my daughter had pneumonia and with Dr Karthik guidance my daughter was able to recover quickly and I really appreciate his service and his work that he is doing for the Welfare of the Society.
J.A highly professional clinic, one of the best in all of Auckland! The doctor makes you feel extremely comfortable and it never feels like a chore to visit them because of the lovely staff. Dr Karthak is an expert at his work, I will highly recommend this to everyone!

m.Quick and efficient nursing staff. Nice decor and reasonably priced consultation charges of $18.50. I had to wait in the morning to see the doctors but happy with the outcome .
P.My GP Dr Karthak is very nice .. He is always able to get my illness sorted with his treatment
I can get quick urgent appointment through his lovely wife Rosalyn .. Their Chemist Ujvala is very helpful lady .
S.Somin Kathie Park and Shyam SSR Rajput Just to let you know that If a patient does not attend the practice for three years, his or her name is dis enrolled from our register by the Ministry of Health .Once dis enrolled the person has to pay full price to see GP. The non resident overseas visitor have to pay full price as displayed above the reception . The reception staff are unable to give you DISCOUNT to see the doctor and for your kind information they can't rip you off .
L.2 months ago I went to the clinic,Dr Karthak quickly diagnosed my disease then sent to the hospital, he is so kind and listens to our problems and give solutions. Now I'm fully recovered thank you doctor for treating me
