Both the receptionist and podiatrist were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was thoroughly impressed by the podiatrist's knowledge and customer service. I was kept informed about everything throughout my appointment and had any questions I asked respectfully and clearly answered.

I was most impressed by Anita’s competence and professionalism, as well as by her engaging manner. Thirty minutes that changed my life, allowing me to walk free from corn pain for the first time in weeks! On the strength of my experience, I have already raved about Foot Mechanics generally, and Anita specifically, to friends and family. And, as a bonus, your very pleasant receptionist unexpectedly offered me a Gold Card discount!

Great staff from the call centre to the receptionist to the podiatrist. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Call centre lady was great - warm and friendly and helpful. Lucy at reception helped me find the parking and was kind enough to stay on the phone to assist. Anita was fabulous - really professional and I felt valued and cared for. Way better consultation than I was anticipating. Thanks for not being mean about my funky feet!

Parking was convenient and easy, the appointment was on time. Anita was attentive, asked relevant questions, glued my insoles where they had become unstuck and made helpful suggestions as to where I might find orthotic shoes to meet my needs. Overall a pleasant experience!

From my initial phone booking through to paying at reception as I left my entire experience was pleasant and reassuring. Parking was clearly described in my email and easy to locate in the basement. I enjoyed the gentle, thoughtful and respectful way in which the podiatrist related to me as she cared for my neglected feet. I came away feeling very good.

I would recommend the friendly Greenlane team From Lucy on reception to the new lady ( sorry she introduced herself but can not remember her name ) She discussed with me what she was doing and why and what I need to do at home to maintain before my next visit and very friendly. The treatment room is nice and bright and so nice to look over to One tree hill. Also good communication on text and goes direct into your Calendar for next appointment and a reminder .

Divya was amazing, she assessed my daughters feet,. Her manner was professional and kind. There was no doubt about her expertise and well thought out and achievable options to solve my daughters feet issues. Follow through was also offered. All in all a good experience i feel happy we taken the correct treatment for happy feet.

Ryan explained to me a;; he could do, then went ahead and did it. I have been to several podiatrists, but this was the first time I have ever left with absolutely no pain in my feet. I would not hesitate to recommend Him in particular (as I have no experience with other staff) to anyone. A very grateful patient

I was extremely nervous to go in & see a specialist about my foot issues. However, the staff at Foot Mechanics made me feel very comfortable & relaxed. All of my options was explained in detail. Although I still have a few sessions to go, I feel better about my situation already.

Had a really great, thorough appointment with Sam. He took time to explain everything, answer any questions and i left feeling like i had got all the answers and treatment plan i was hoping for. Sam has great patient manner and articulates everything very clearly leaving no stone unturned.

Ryan was excellent explaining in detail all options. Once I decided which option I was going to take he started straight away and as he was working on my toe nails explained everything he was doing and why. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Ryan to anyone needing laser treatment on their fungi toe nails.

Ryan did a great job sorting out my ingrown toenail, which had been plaguing me for months. He explained very clearly the various treatment options available, and what I had to do in the days after treatment. Would really recommend!

Ryan is always professional and on time. Nothing is too much of a bother. Always leave feeling good about my feet. Ryan keeps my feet in tip top condition and is always available if I have any concerns in between my 3 monthly appointments.
