Came with an ingrown toenail which had been a problem for months. During my first and second visits, Ryan fixed the issue considering my circumstances as I was breastfeeding and explained my options moving forward. In my next visit with Divya, I went ahead with minor surgery to deal with the issue permanently. Both were lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable in what they do. Also thanks to Lucy who is very empathetic when I call to book an appointment. Thank you Foot Mechanics.

He thoroughly explained the after care required to ensure I fully understood how to do this. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan.

Ryan was fantastic - very friendly, thorough assessment and fantastic explanation of the issues that I was facing. Good joint decision making for further treatments and good plan laid out regarding what to expect in the future. Facilites were excellent, modern, clean. Great use of technology (3D foot scanning technology for example) to hilight the problem and explain where to go from here. Still waiting on insoles, but when they arrive I imagine they will be stellar. So far very happy with the service that I have received. Posting for entry into competition.

Ryan is great. Awesome service, clear explanations and noted all the treatment options without trying to shoehorn me into the most expensive. Would highly recomend

My son came in with a nasty ingrown toenail and was treated by Ryan, we found his explanation and procedure that he performed excellent and he is now feeling a lot happier. We are considering the surgery and found the information Ryan gave was awesome. Very happy customer, thank you

Ryan Fitzgerald was excellent. I had ingrown toenail surgery last January with another podiatrist which had not worked successfully. The toenails had regrown and become painful. Naturally I was nervous about doing the surgery again but Ryan talked me through what would happen during our initial consultation. I went ahead with it all yesterday. He talked me through most thoroughly about what he was doing and why. I am confident of a good outcome now. I've already recommended him to The Waiake Medical Centre nurse and receptionist! Thanks Ryan.

Ryan always friendly. He knows what is going on and don't talk nonsense. He is gentle and understands that I was in very much pain and was very caring. He is great and I will recommend him to everyone. Very professional. He surely is blessed.

Great experience with Dr James. He explained me all the details of my injury and the steps to follow on my rehab to be back at 100%. I'm confident that I'll have a full recovery following the steps given by him.
