I have been a patient of Dr Lung since the start of 2021, and have received nothing but the top-level of care. He really embodies the level of attention to detail that you hope to expect from someone in General Practice, and he goes out of his way to ensure the needs of his patients are met. Someone whom you feel you can easily trust to talk about any of your concerns. Dr Lung and his whole team are a well-oiled machine and I feel blessed to have found them. Thank you all!

Lovely people - both medical staff and reception. All very professional as well as warm and kind. Very clear about procedures and their purpose. Very clear about cost breakdown. Also, turns out you can have a lollipop after injections even when you're in your thirties.

We all love Dr Lung because of his gentle heart for patients. Even the little cactus he looked after had a flower blooming on it when I worked with him on the North Shore before he opened his Medical Clinic. A trusted colleague who can be relied on. We have been a patient for about a year now and we couldn’t be happier. We relocated from the South Island and we were very lucky to find Dr. Lung. He’s the most professional and caring doctor I’ve personally dealt with in NZ. He’s very open minded, always makes you feel comfortable and he’s always willing to help. For me the main thing is that he refers you to get further studies done when needed and he doesn’t rush a diagnosis, he investigates, he listens and for me that’s very very important when it comes to a GP. The entire team is lovely, Juniper is so professional and welcoming, Karyn is lovely and she’s knows what’s she’s doing. The communication is great. They have ManageMyHealth app where you can see your test results, referrals, prescriptions, appointments, etc. The location is great, there’s always parking. We are extremely grateful and happy with the entire team and the services they provide :)

I have been a patient of Grafton Medical Centre for the past 10 months now. It is close to work and just so convenient for me. The staff are compassionate and very welcoming. I have seen Dr. Lung Choi since joining the practice and have found him to be very thorough and made me feel comfortable from the start. He is very attentive, calm, decisive, friendly, gracious, investigative, knowledgeable and just makes you feel relaxed no matter how unwell you're feeling. I was blown away by the exceptional experience I received at Grafton Medical Centre today. Firstly, the Receptionist Juniper was lovely. Warm, friendly and welcoming. Everything you would want in a Medical Practice administrator yet it seems rare to get people like this at GPs. The Medical Centre itself is stunning. Clean and immaculate like a Hollywood office, not a spec of dust. Most importantly, Dr Lung Choi is a fantastic Doctor. Sympathetic, caring, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help. It may seem small but he even asked what Pronoun I like to be referred to and what name I like to be called. Exceptional care at it's finest. The nurse was also absolutely lovely. If you are looking for a GP in Auckland then look no further than Grafton Medical Centre you won't be disappointed. They also have lots of onsite parking too.

I saw someone else asked if there could be 6 stars for them. I 100% agree. I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the receptionist (pretty sure it was Juniper) was prompt and friendly, helping me get sorted and settled. Dr. Lung was very professional, knowledgable, and thorough, making sure I was well taken care of and prepared for some upcoming travels. And the facility itself was stunning. They've got good equipment on hand to ensure quick diagnosis, and everything was very slick, clean, and modern. I would definitely recommend him as a GP to anyone in the area.

Is there a 6-star option on here? Incredible experience at Grafton Medical Centre. Hard pressed to find a better GP anywhere, I have never had such an amazing experience anywhere else. As evident in all the other positive reviews here, the level of care is impeccable. Dr Lung Choi, Nurse Karyn and Receptionist Juniper are all are amazing and compassionate. The place is beautiful, clean and modern. You will NOT REGRET coming here. Its for a reason there are 100% 5 star reviews.

I was recommended to Dr Lung Choi and his team. This was an easy to get to location with parking; almost a concept in Auckland. Very professional staff and interior space. I am not a big fan of modern medicine because of the 'turn over process' where I feel more like a 12 inch long Subway order than I do a patient. Then there are the clinics where the staff are from another country and lack any social graces or skills to converse with you while they drain your blood for test. (Devonport Med, ugh). Not the case with Dr Lung Choi and his team. This was more like visiting old friends who engendered a great feeling of care and genuine warmth............ Grafton Medical Centre has restored my faith in Medical Practices here in Auckland in just one short visit. If you require professional health care I can not recommend the Grafton Medical Centre highly enough. Make an appointment and have your own faith renewed in today's medical proffessionals.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Had my vaccination and blood test here. Nurse has a very confident arm. I felt no pain at all ( and I am horrified by needles ). I was surprised how quick information was provided. Dr Lung Choi definitely knows his job well. Highly recommend Grafton Medical Centre.

I was blown away the moment I walked in. This doesn't look like a regular GP clinic, it looks like a Hollywood set or a day spa! Everyone is super lovely and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr Lung listened very carefully and took the time to go over everything and explain it all. If you're new to the area or looking for a new GP I'd definitely recommend coming here. They also have free parking which is a huge plus. Update: Just wanted to add that after a follow up consult Dr Lung managed to diagnose an issue I've had for almost two years now which my previous GP failed to diagnose. So extra bonus points for being thorough about it and I'm really glad I have an answer to the problem!

Five stars doesn't feel like enough when talking about Grafton Medical Centre. I had my first appointment here today after not having been to a GP since the age of 10 (now 27). The service and friendliness from start to finish was genuinlely amazing from the entire team! Joyce and Juniper who I met at the front desk were kind and talkative, and Juniper especially made you feel at home and made any wait times feel enjoyable. Dr Lung Choi was extremly down to Earth and approachable, and it's evident he's passionate about the welfare of his patients. Karyn the nurse was kind and friendly, with the entire team coming together to make anyone who walks through their doors feel welcome and valued not just as a patient, but as a person. Could not recommend Grafton Medical Centre any higher!! :D

Dr Lung Choi has been my G.P for a number of years now . As a 68 year old male with a number of strange and rare complaints I cannot recommend him highly enough . Lung has always been very supportive and very thorough in getting to the bottom of any problems that have popped up. He has taken phone calls from me in all different parts of the world at the strangest times of day and night, always providing a solution , a plan and a follow through . I am certain that I am able to live the care free life that I do, in part, because I can rely on such a caring medical team to look after me .Unbelievable quality service and advise from the entire team .
