B.I've always had such a great experience every time I've come to Haven. I used to go to different clinics for waxing, facials and tanning and now I've found a place that can do all 3 and to such a high quality. Waxing is always fast and efficient! Facials are relaxing and leave my skin feeling soft and fresh! And Tanning is always perfectly suited for my skin tone and coverage is on point. Highly recommend Haven for its excellent and friendly service!
S.Overall a great experience. The service they provided was very high and the atmosphere of the place is very relaxing. Very friendly staff. Only thing that made me feel really uncomfortable was a lot of up-selling. By the time I had finished my 20 minute appointment, I had been told to buy or book 5 different things (for someone who finds it really awkward to say no this was not ideal). Despite this, the end result of their service was really good and the staff were all very kind and professional.
E.Beautiful environment and amazing service! I was looked after by Shelly who gave me the most amazing facial. I got the benefits of relaxing as well as my skin being visably improved by the Osmosis products Shelly used on my skin. I left feeling great and armed with a great plan to achieve the results I am after with my skin. Haven ticks all the boxes.
L.At the Mt Eden branch I am always treated like a star. The other day I was in the awkward situation of bringing my baby (not something I recommend if you want a relaxing experience). Mili was very accommodating and did a wonderful job. The human touch and understanding is really appreciated by this new mum. I'll be back, without bubs next time.
