J.Amazing experience, during the covid 19 vaccination I was very nervous. But as I was getting vaccinated I didnt even know when we finished. She made me to focus on something else rather then the vaccine itself. Outstanding !!

S.An excellent modern facility with great staff. We have been registered patients at Pakuranga Medical Centre for over 7 years. Our family doctor is Richard Mercer and we have found him to be great with our two young boys, putting them at ease and treating us all with a very caring manner. We have always found Richard to be great at evaluating the situation quickly and referring to a specialist, when required, very quickly. In the past Richard has also made follow up calls to see how we are going which is very much appreciated and a kind gesture.

A.If it wasn’t for Richard Mercer medical knowledge and thoroughly investigations when l did a routine visit and I also mentioned that I had a sore throat he immediately sent me to the hospital where they confirmed that I had stage 4 cancer and was treated in Auckland Hospital for the next 7 weeks with chemo and radiation. So if it wasn’t for Richard swift action I would have been dead within 3 to 6 months. Now three years later still no sign of relapse so thank you Richard Mercer and staff at Pakuranga Medical Centre

S.Excellent customer service and reception. Dr Dennis is a good doctor and the nurse is helpful and professional. Waiting time up to 10mins for us.
Consultation fees are steep, however.
K.Five star to the female Dr Wan. She is attentive and gives great advice unlike other doctors who just want your money. Highly recommended.
J.I will keep going here for now because I have established a very good relationship with a very good doctor. However if they were to leave I would look elsewhere because it is expensive - even more so since moving into new building.
a.Excellent doctors. Use the online booking system as its quick and convenient. They also have a check in screen in the building which is also excellent.

S.I'm not sure what's going on with the phone system.
Hanging on 27minutes and slowing going up the queue waiting to talk to a receptionist is a very long time.
