We've been patients at Palomino medical centre for over a year, and both Henriette and Dr. Hasan are amazing. I've always been able to see Dr. Hasan on the same day, and he has taken great care of my family, going above and beyond what I would expect. I'm very glad we found them!

Dr Jason Hasan has been our family doctor for many years. By far the best doctor I've ever been to. Very thorough and caring, always makes sure we are comfortable and happy with consult. Henriette is so lovely and always very prompt with calls regarding results. They make going to the doctors very pleasant.

Have been going to Palomino Medical for over 10 years now - since moving house I now travel half an hour to go there! But it’s worth it - Jason is a really good Doctor, always takes the time to explain everything and make you comfortable. Henriette is the light of the practice - it’s always great to hear her voice on the phone when I call to make an appointment. She knows all the regular patients so well and is so kind and caring yet efficient and hardworking. It wouldn’t be the same without her! They are a great team and I can’t recommend them enough :)

Jason Hasan is a knowledgeable and caring GP, I always feel very comfortable and confident in the care he provides to my family. Henriette is amazing. She is always so lovely and friendly, knows all the patients and remembers little details about their lives which really makes you feel valued. Henriette from Palomino medical center is outstanding. Always friendly and helpful and always return your calls promptly. Dr. Hasan is also the best doctor we had had in New Zealand so far. He goes the extra mile for his patients. Very happy with their service.

The team at Palomino Medical Center are great. Jason is an excellent doctor and Henriette is always kind and friendly and fits us in for appointments when we need, she lets us know if there is a wait time (rarely) but that is no issue- sometimes patients need more time, having worked in dental practices before I know that these things happen and fitting people in to a full day is tricky and we are very grateful. The recall system is fantastic, to have a call for my children's upcoming vaccination appointments takes one more thing off my mind!

Jason Hasan is the best doctors we ever have. He knows us individually as if all the information come up automatically off his memory. He’s a very efficient and kind doctor who treats his patients with love and care. I can’t stress enough how good he is as a GP. Even doctors from Starship told us that we’ve got a great GP. Henriette is such a lovely medical receptionist who’s very proactive and always pleasant to the patients. We are quite lucky to have Palomino Medical as our local medical practice. I highly recommend them anytime!

Had a warm welcome from the lovely receptionist Henriette when I visited the first time. Dr Hasan is friendly and professional, it was refreshing to be at the doctor and not feel like being rushed through the consultation so they can get you out the door so to get to the next patient. The doctor took his time to explain and followed up with sending me further information to my mobile. Exactly what one would want from your family Doc.

A Medical Centre which truly listens to its patients. Henrietta is at the front ready to welcome us with a warm smile as well as follow strict covid protocol for our safety. Appointments are made promptly and administration is run very professionally. Dr Hasan is very thorough and follows through procedures and referrals.

They are always professional and friendly, greeting us with a smile and asking how our kids are doing when we come in. Great GP practice. We moved into the area 5 years ago and this clinic came recommended to us. I have since enrolled my two sons (9 months and 3.5 years old) and my husband. They have up-to-date and knowledgeable medical staff. They will always make an effort to fit you in if you are unwell. They have a good recall system in place (I can never remember when things are due, but sure enough, they will call me!). Administrative staff are friendly and helpful which can be difficult in the face of trying to fit people in to already full consulting days, helping people understand when doctors run over (because not every person / medical problem fits into the expected appointment time), and fielding difficult calls from unwell, concerned, and upset patients. On all my times to the clinic they have only run behind once, on account of the doctor needing to spend more time with an unwell patient (that's the GP I want to see, the one that takes the time to figure out what is wrong rather than clock watching!). I think all up, they have a fantastic caring team. Just letting you know, my family and me appreciate all the hard work, long hours, and thankless work you do to keep us all healthy. So, thank you, from the Hafiskadic family.

After almost 2 years of foot pain and trips to the podiatrist with cortisone injections etc, I finally reached out to Dr Jason Hasan at Palomino Medical Centre who gave me a referral to a specialist. One specialist couldn't fit me in until March 2020, so i rang back to Palomino Medical and asked for a 2nd referral to be done. They happily obliged within hours, and I was lucky to get an appointment within 2 days of my inquiry, and now will be having surgery to fix my foot in the 12 days. I'm so excited by the efficiency of Palomino's ability to source an alternative surgeon for me so i could finally be heading toward pain free. Thank you so much to Henriette and Jason for their continued excellent work helping in our community. You are both truly an asset to your profession.

The very highest quality of medical care, and more importantly - they are like Doctors used to be when I was a kid - friendly and caring, and more concerned with the health of their patients than they are with MoH bureaucracy. They remember your name. They remember your family members. You aren't just a 15 minute slot in their calendar.

Having had all sorts of experiences with Dr's, it is nice to be at a practice where the Dr takes time to find out what you are there for, listen to you, and involve you in the conversation about your health. The receptionist has always been great to deal with - following up with me when necessary, and remembering my name even when I haven't been in for a while.

You may get upset when you don't get a appointment rarely, but that's because they are genuinely super busy. Dr.Hasan and Henriette do make every effort to see you even after hours late in the evening, they make a terrific team :) Dr.Hasan is one of the best diagnosticians out there.
