A.The doctors are the best and so professional. The staff are great, they make you feel so warm and welcome. I referred a friend and she’s so grateful to receive the care she is getting now than her old doctors. she said it was the best decision for her and he family to transferred to Papatoetoe Family Doctors.
C.I enrolled to this medical centre since i moved to Auckland from Christchurch. The medical team is very professional and dedicated to their work. I really like how the doctors really listen and provide thorough medical treatment to their clients, and also give health tips and education. Im really looked after to this medical centre, special mention to my doctors, Dr. Karl and Dr. Tej, and also to the practice nurse irene.
I.Awesome doctors, really love them however it can get quite frustrating as every time i visit they're behind schedule. but overall good quality health care

Pros: very reasonable pricing, clean clinic, plenty of parking space, all Drs and Nurses are genuinely care about your health, even the Receptionist is very polite and helpful, online booking system which is super handy if you are rather online/high-tech like me than making phone calls.
Cons: Even though appointment is booked, sometimes there would be a bit of wait - could be frustrated sometimes (range from 15 mins- 45 mins). (Part of the reasons is because they do take on emergencies/urgent care and thoroughly check throughout the appointment/never rush you out of the door). I was once needed urgent care and they just fit me in immediately.
Highly recommended to everyone.

I have 43 yrs nursing experience and have demanding health issues. All the Drs, nurses, reception and management ensure that I keep in the best health .

L.We were visiting relatives in papatoetoe when our 10month old was unwell so we took him to the after hours doctor on Saturday morning 19/10/2019. The receptionist was lovely and we were able to get an appointment in an hour's time. No drama. The nurse & doctor were absolutely wonderful and more than happy to help our lil one. I'd give 10 starts if I could. Very grateful & blessed to have met such beautiful people. Thank you so much!
N.Diane leach has been my Dr for 20 years. She got me off smoking. I live in Papakura now and I wouldn't change my doctor for anything. Fantastic team at Papatoetoe Doctors.
l.I phoned to ask for a virtual appointment for me and my son but the receptionist said they can only accomodate him as I was not enrolled. Dr Andre rang me to assess my son, he inquired whether I got an appointment as I too sounded horrible during the phone call. I told him that my GP is closed ( due to CoViD). He offered his last two slots after midday to get both of us assessed in person (with full PPE) at the carpark. He went out of his way to get us checked ( especially my little one) instead of just asking us to pick up the script.
E.Such a friendly and helpful Clinic. Doctors and nurse's are so welcoming and make the visit stress free. They fully educate you on the situation and make you comfortable. Highly recommended.

The doctors and clinic staff are very well dressed and don't spend their whole day in getting dressed and putting makeup on their faces. These people actually spend their time on their CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT!!
These people can be trusted with health. Unless somewants wants to go and see a fancy dress competition, this place is highly recommended!!
S.I have been with this practice now for 2 1/2 years after being recommended by a close friend. In one visit a very troubling issue I had was sorted whereas my previous practice had completely failed to diagnose it. Since then I have had complete confidence in the Drs and staff at Papatoetoe Family Drs. They always have time to discuss your concerns and never leave you feeling you have more questions than answers. I highly recommend them to anyone.
F.Dr Cole @ PFM takes the time even when busy and behind, to get to know you and is a very caring, sensitive and thorough and a most professional doctor. I highly recommend him as a GP. He has been my Doctor for the past three years.
Dr Samantha King @ PFM is a fantastic caring Doctor and I highly recommend her too. Very sensitive to your concerns and explains things in easy to understand ways. She has been my Doctor for the past three years.

P.Had a such a blissful time contacting and visiting this clinic. I always felt they generally were there for me as I was new to Auckland and honestly loved the service I received! Definitely would go back if I moved back no doubt! Thank use so much for making my visits comfortable and welcoming! Wish use were based on Wellington!
V.Service was good, what you would expect when you go to a doctors surgery. But why so expensive?
$70 for a visit, $49 if you have a community services card.. way more expensive than most practices.
$25.00 for a nurse only consultation, which is $10.00 more than anywhere else I’ve been.
