Id like to specially thank Lynn, my podiatrist who helped save the day for me, she was extremely professional and friendly, whilst being clearly well educated in her practice area. Thank you team!

Highly recommend!! Amazing team, Lynn cleaned up and fixed up my ingrown toenail. I had a bad experience as a teenager with an ingrown and this was nothing like that! Greatful for the skill Lynn showed but also for the empathy she had and the time she took to make sure it wasn't too painful. Price was very fair for the service and I'll definitely be going back.

My daughter was suffering from ingrown toe nails. The doctor was professional personable and perfect communicator. She was quickly looked at helped and supported with good knowledge about how to manage from there.

I had an ingrown toenail surgery on both toes here. They managed to book me in for surgery the same day as the initial consultation which was perfect for me as this issue was very painful and I'd been needing it sorted for quite a while, having had no success with a previous surgery at another clinic. The receptionist, podiatrist who did the consultation and podiatrist who did the surgery were all lovely and very helpful. Surgery itself performed by Hanan was completely painless which I didn't expect based on my previous experience. I would 100% recommend Perform Podiatry.

Highly recommend dry needling with the team are Perform Podiatry. It's cost is worth it. I had 4 verruca warts on the ball of my foot that a year of regular GP/nurse visits were unable to resolve. I was struggling to walk, and ready for full out surgery. This was a much easier procedure than I anticipated would be required. Everyone I talked to was helpful, and all communication quick. Great work by Hanan and the team, but Hanan especially. The ingrowing toenail "permanent procedure" was almost painless at the time and has been fantastic since. I had two verruca removed surgically from the bottom of my foot. I watched a lot of this type of surgery (that other podiatrists put online) before having it done and I just want to say how professional this place was. It was also very quick. They prepare you kindly for the pain relief needle and it does not last too long. Then all discomfort is gone as they do one pain relief before doing the rest so by the time the other, more targeted needles are done, you can't feel them. The surgery itself was so quick. You can tell they've done this many times. I had my dressing changed today and all is well so far. The pain was not as bad as I expected. If you're dithering about getting it done, just go and do it. I also thought the price was reasonable as I had two removed but they did not double the price. That was nice. There was a bit more of a charge added for doing more than one but it was very reasonable. I am happy with my experience.

This was my first visit to the podiatrist. The staff were welcoming and patient. Even though I was a bit nervous, the doctor was calm and confident, I trusted right away that her suggestion to have surgery then and there was best. They were very thoughtful and patient with me when my nerves took over, they were quick and considerate. All sorted now, I can’t believe I waited so long, it’s made such a difference. Thanks team!!

I had a great experience with their medical pedicure recently. Very friendly staff, and Lynn who conducted the medical pedicure was excellent , taking the time to chat to me about foot health in general as she worked through the procedure . After a long 6 months of summer at the beach and in the water this was just what my feet needed !

My wife had an ingrown toenail and we decided to visit Perform Podiatry. She's usually teriffied of needles and surgery, but the staff were friendly and welcoming, and took good care of her. The centre was neat and tidy and the whole procedure took about an hour. It's been 2 weeks since the surgery and my wife is doing well. Definitely recommend 👌 👍

I went to get my toe looked at that had been impacted while doing a 1/4 marathon and was continuously getting infected. He removed a small portion there and then and the procedure was great. He talked me through each step and made it as painless as possible. As I'm terrified of needles, he went to great pains to make me feel comfortable about the pain relief. I highly recommend this clinic. I was treated by Hanan at Perform Podiatry who took charge and recommend the right treatment for me. Given that I needed to have my ingrown toenail surgically corrected, I felt very comfortable with Hanan's recommendations. I've been to see Hanan for myself and my young daughter. She has been amazing helping me with diagnosis and treatment for my achilles tendon injury, and then referring me onto the specialist for surgery after we had tried a number of treatments. She has helped my daughter with inserts to help her skewed foot. I've also been back for a wart removal, and the service from everyone is top notch. They look after their patients, are very knowledgable and up to date with treatment options, and are very professional. I discovered Hanan at Perform Podiatry back in April. I hadn't been to a podiatrist in years as I just didn't know who to go to so I kept putting it off. If there is no pain then it is easy to put shoes and socks on and forget it, isn't it? I found Hanan through Google and am so happy I did. She is really friendly and very easy to talk to and the time in her clinic just flies. She is an ex Glendowie College student which is where my kids go, so it has been fun chatting about the school and what has changed since she was a student there. Hanan is thorough and reassuring and very well qualified. Her clinic is bright, modern & clean. I have been back once since April and have also taken both my girls there who are dancers and have had different problems associated with hours of dancing. Each time she has remedied the situation quickly. I think she is very reasonably priced compared to other medical professions and what I really appreciate, is where possible, she is happy to teach you how to look after your problem yourself without having to keep paying for return visits. She is even happy to do follow ups via email. I can't recommend Hanan enough. If you have a problem that you keep putting off no matter how small - even if it is just getting your feet ready for summer footwear - book an appointment! Her online booking system is easy to use. I am a long-term diabetic with lots of feet issues so have been visiting Perform Podiatry for the last 12 years. Recently I have presented with chronic ulcers that have had underlaying infections which have proved challenging to manage. Hanan and her team have been successful in literally saving my right foot on two occasions now due to their expert knowledge and professional approach to all aspects of patient management. I would strongly urge anyone with diabetes or diabetic foot related disorders in the Auckland region to get in touch with perform Podiatry without hesitation. Having an in-house orthotic specialist and manufacturing facility is a huge bonus to have in their hands.

I was recommended to go see Hanan at Perform Podiatry by a friend recently for my painful flat feet. I was very impressed with the treatment I received from the friendly, professional staff. Hanan thoroughly examined my feet, posture and gait and recommended I get custom orthotics to correct my walk. She took moulds of my feet and a week later I received my new pair of custom orthotics. I am so happy with them. They are so comfortable I wear them everywhere! The extra support is definitely helping to properly align my posture. I would highly recommend. Great service!

She gave a quick and accurate diagnosis and prescribed a thorough treatment plan that has significantly reduced the pain and given me hope going forward. I rang at 3.30 on a Friday afternoon and managed to get an appt for 4.30 and had a procedure done at the same time. I was so relieved as I would have been in a lot of pain over the weekend.... the staff were super friendly and helpful and even went back on the Saturday to have the dressing changed. 10/10 would highly recommend this team.

I had been to Perform Podiatry a week back for treating my foot and knee pain. Consulted with Hanan. She was fantastic and professional with high insight and knowledge about foot pain, flat feet and further more. She prescribed me a prefabricated orthotics and has felt the difference since then. It has taken my pain off and I can now walk well without foot pain. Hanans very friendly and takes much care in the assessment. Highly recommended podiatrist. I have been to Hanan myself and also took my father in. Hanan does an amazing job at taking care of her patients. My father's toe had been in pain for a while before he came in to see Hanan. Hanah was to the point and looked to treat the cause, not just he symptoms. Hanan was an amazing podiatrist!! I had an ingrown nail on my toe for about 5 years and it did not heal itself although i saw another podiatrist before Hanan. It was very uncomfortable and was looking extremely bad since i tried to ignore the issue after the previous person i saw did not manage to make my toe heal but it just started to look so bad on the side of my toe and hurting a lot more recently so i went to Hanan!! She did a fabulous job and it did not even hurt while she was removing my toe nail which was pretty deep into my skin! Thanks to Hanan my toe looks normal and it does not hurt at all. I recommend for everyone to see Hanan as she is also a very professional , gentle with your toe and knows how to do her job very well!!

My right foot was suffering for about 5 years with pain which never seemed to ease despite a regular fitness routine and visits to the reflexologists. After becoming pregnant the pain worsened to the point where my doctor recommended that I went to see a podiatrist. I haven't been to a Podiatrist for about 10 years. Hanan was recommended to me and she has made such a difference to my feet. She is so professional but also very kind. I was going overseas and my new orthotics wouldn't be ready so she very kindly ressurected my 20 year old orthotics (at no charge) to see my trip through. I suffered from an ingrown toenail (from wearing a pair of killer heels, literally) for over 18 months while I was living abroad. When I came back to NZ I went to a podiatrist who overcharged me and didn't fix the issue and I was gutted when my toenail problems came back again. But then I found Rachel. Rachel is a SAINT. She took one look at my toe, saw immediately what the other podiatrist had overlooked and whipped out the problem with a two-sided nail avulsion (with phenol treatment). Rachel is professional, wonderful, so knowledgeable and I can't recommend her highly enough. I would have paid double what she charged just for the amazing standard of care she provided. Excellent follow-up care and she even saw me for free one afternoon after I'd emailed her to say it was a bit sore. She saw me the same day, changed my dressing to a seaweed poultice and sent me off with everything I needed to keep dressing it myself for a week. Free of charge. She is the only podiatrist in Auckland worth visiting. In 4 weeks she's achieved what another podiatrist failed to do in three months. As I say, Rachel is a SAINT.

I recently had an appointment at Perform Podiatry because i had a toenail that looked unsightly. It was causing pain and didnt seem to be growwing in the normal way. I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly yet very professional service and advice i received from the podiatrist. I certainly wasnt expecting to also receive a medical pedicure which was a relaxing and painfree experience and i walked out happy with the advice I was given and beautifully soft feet again. First time going to a Podiatrist. I went in with concerns about my toes. I thought I was doing things correctly at home and the Podiatrist explained why I was incorrect and that my concerns were nothing really to worry about. I also learnt that toes and feet should be cleaned properly and have the dead skin that had built up carved off and I say carved off because I was unaware that I had let my feet accumulate so much dead skin even though I thought I take care of myself. I have extremely flat feet which hurt a lot at work as I stand for very long hours at work. I went to Perform Podiatry and was introduced to Hanan. She started her treatments with regular strapping sessions. The swelling and pain reduced significantly after a couple of sessions as well as wearing customized orthotics on a daily basis. She also helped me pick the correct footwear for daily use to improve my foot condition. I would definitely recommend Hanan if you have any lower limb problems! A+++

I would recommend Perform Podiatry and Hanan Rad to anyone who has a foot injury. In 2016, I struggled for 6 months with an unusual injury. It was not taken seriously by orthopaedic surgeons and other specialists I saw and as a result it seriously impacted my enjoyment of life and my lifestyle for months. Not only did Hanan heal me and recommended the right course of action, she was fantastic at finding the right words and actions to support me morally through this experience, and also quickly react to emails and asked for my updates. I recently went to see Hanan Rad as i have had an infection on my toe for about two years which i tried to get help from other podiatrists but the infection did not seem to go away even after they had treated the infection. My toe look disgusting and i was in pain every time i stepped on it or hit the corner of my bed it was very painful when i accidentally stood on my toe too much or hit the side of my bed a little bit. However when Hanan Rad assessed and treated my toe and send me home with steps and products to apply on my toe after doing a surgery on it to avoid infection , my toe immediately got better. Thanks to Hanan Rad i don't have to hide my toe and wear socks all the time! Hanan was a very welcoming , friendly, genuine person as she was very gentle when handling needles with me as i am terrified of needles and i did not feel a thing when she numbed my toe, even when she performed the surgery on my toe i did not feel a thing which surprised me as when other podiatrists handled my toe they were very rough with the needle and surgery did not seem to care that i am very much afraid of needles. I would recommend to everyone to go see Hanan! She is amazing i will defiantly go see hanan and recommend her to all my family and friends!!
