HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! I needed a Covid swab in order to go home, but my flight was on the weekend. I walked in without an appointment and they managed to fit me in despite being fully booked on a Friday afternoon. The reception team were so amazing and assured me that'll id get the results before my flight. Despite being closed over the weekends they emailed through the reports and everything I needed for my flights without any issues. I literally cannot thank them enough for being able to pull through and helping me through such a stressful time😭🤩

Incredibly easy transition from enrolment as a UK citizen, to being on visa that changed my rights with healthcare in NZ. The nurses, ladies at reception, and doctors are all exceptionally friendly and easy-going, you can always get an appointment when required, and always get information sent to you that goes above and beyond expectations. Never experienced healthcare service like it! 100% recommend to anyone.

First time visit.Friendly.Fast nasal swab.Maybe a few chairs outside to sit and wait?

Great service for a pre-departure COVID test. Prompt results in advance of departure. Caring and empathetic doctors with a patient first attitude. Will be visiting again when I am back in New Zealand.

The team at Queen Street doctors are world class. The nurse (Kenzie? Sorry if I have that wrong) was incredibly efficient, charismatic and reassuring, the ladies at reception (especially Sam) were very welcoming & bubbly, and Dr Kristen Sorrenson was especially kind, empathetic and professional. She also apologised for the long wait which I'd expected given it was my first time at this practice. Albeit she didn't rush thru my appointment. I look forward to receiving ongoing care at Queen Street Doctors and would highly recommend them, just as they were recommended to me.

Have just enrolled in this clinic and the reception staff have made the entire process incredibly smooth. Very happy with my doctor and overall experience.

Best doctors i have been to. They are so informative and actually care about your well being. The reception staff are always bubbly and welcoming. Worth every penny.

Was in Auckland on vacation and got sick. Very uncomplicated, I walked in without an appointment and saw the doctor 5 minutes later. Knew what she was doing. Super easy to pay for someone only there for vacation. Was very happy that everythings so easy and felt in good hands. Thank you

I came in as a walk in on Friday and they were very accommodating to my needs. They were able to fit me in despite the short notice and I was seen quickly. Both the nurse and Doctor I saw were very helpful and explained everything clearly. I definitely would recommend!

This place can't get any better. Reception staff, nurses and doctors are just amazingly helpful and kind. I always take my students when they're unwell and have never been unsatisfied with the service.

Easily accessible premises- a friendly and welcoming front desk staff - the availability of appointments is excellent- a very competent and experienced medical team

we walked in without an expectation but we were amazed by friendly reception, nurse and the doctor. There is a GP closer to my place but now we decide to switch over. Recommended A+++

Just traveling through Wellington and got sick suddenly. They were super nice, made room for me, and treatment was fast and easy 10/10

Great people here, Dr Kristen Sorrenson, is an intelligent kind hearted practitioner and a credit to the team.

They may be fairly expensive, yet the location, doctors, reception, and being able to walk-in whenever you feel made this doctor's office worth enrolling in for continued care.
