E.Really awesome service during COVID. Super friendly and attentive staff. Reasonably long wait times given it’s the only 24/7 clinic open on the North Shore but really appreciate the efforts of the team here. Thank you Shorecare for looking after your urgent care patients. S.Such an amazing experience. Even when there is a pandemic the service is fast, caring, thorough and professional. We have had to go multiple times for our family and only had good experiences with the nurses and doctors. 10/10 recommend this A&E. Thank you so much for your hard work during this time! M.Staff were awesome! Nurses April and Sara were very patient and helpful with giving a tetanus shot to my son who has Autism. Even though it took some time, they were very supportive and professional. And cleaning and dressing his wound was done really well. No complaints from my son and he even dozed off for a bit—that’s how calm he was. Having that kind of experience for someone with autism is very important to us. Thank you for all your hard work!
E.Really wonderful service from the team today. There was a guy in the waiting room who was making me uncomfortable, asking personal questions, moving closer to me. After doing the usual bring up the boyfriend routine he implied that my boyfriend ought to snap me up before somebody "better" comes along.
While he was away, a nurse discreetly wheeled me around the corner and asked me if I was okay. I am flabbergasted at how thoughtful that was. She made me feel very comfortable. All the nurses and doctor were very kind and patient. Thank you

He made the entire experience incredible.
He was professional, made me feel listened to, respected as a concerned mother & comfortable.

M.While busy, the staff were polite, professional and assessment of my injury was thorough and treatment appropriate. Covid precautions were top rate, assessment by nurse, X-ray process and Dr consultation thorough. Triage nurse completed the treatment professionally. All staff were engaging, courteous and I felt validated. Never enjoyable waiting and uncertain what’s wrong, until assessed but I found the experience better than I expected.Thanks
C.I took my mom to Shorecare Smales Farm late yesterday evening. Everyone was really lovely and accommodating from the nurse who saw us at the entrance to nurse Sara who triaged us, Dr Martin Hadler who was just amazing & the reception staff. The communication was clear, professional & direct from all staff involved.
Healthcare can be a thankless job at the best of times & a patient and their family member’s worst day for those who work in the urgent care system is their everyday. So despite wait times, the abuse that you take & the like, thank you for providing the level of care and service that you do.
F.The nurse I had was fabulous 100% friendly and caring. The doc I had was Dr Chong Hong How, he was so refreshingly blunt he was brilliant.
Very good system 2hr wait but they said we could leave and come back and not loose our place. Overall was an excellent experience.
Only thing is mosquitos are not a welcome guest around me and there was quite a few.
E.I went to Shorecare Smales Farm last night. Staff were absolutely fantastic - I called prior and the receptionist was great & explained the whole process really well. The lovely nurse and student nurse were professional, thorough, reassured me and their warmth & kindness put me at ease. Doctor was also friendly and helpful and took the time to explain things to me. I felt in safe hands all the way through - even while being in level 4. Thanks to everyone there!
T.The staff were kind, professional and efficient on what seemed like a challenging and extremely busy day yesterday, especially with the extra protocol for COVID. We also noticed it was also an all female team on the floor from start to finish. Thank you for your mahi !
