I met a couple of doc's here before and I was skeptical, until I met doctor Meg Thomson! She gave me quick actions on my pain and was so considerate as well. I know it's really hard to see your gp these days but if I have to wait anyways, I would love to wait to see her in the future when I have any problems.

In these difficult times it must be so hard for doctors to work within the restrictions. That considered, I am amazed by the level of care from Sunset Road Family Doctors. I've been going there for years and can't recommend them enough. I've seen multiple different doctors over the years and each of them have provided me with the best service I could ask for from my GP. Thank you Sunset Road!

I am so amazed by the level of understanding and empathy I received at this practice. I had a phone consult with Dr Medha Kadam and from beginning to end I felt heard, valued, and validated - which are amazing qualities from a doctor. Would highly recommend this practice if anyone is looking for a new GP; they are extremely hard working and made a massive positive impact on my day and treatment. Thank you team!

I ended up coming to this clinic because they were the only ones I phoned that could fit me in on the same day, I've now been a patient here for a few years and they are the best doctors that I have been to. I have seen a few of their doctors and one of their nurses and they were all so helpful and kind. The reception staff are also lovely.

After some initial issues I had had I was contacted by the Practise Manager and she clarified & rectified the issues, she was very helpful and was clear her only intention was to improve any issues in the service recommended

It's taken me a long time to find a practise I like after moving. I have four teenagers and they each go to see different doctors. These doctors have taken the time to talk with us during the consultations we've had and we have had excellent experiences at this practice.

Excellent practice - Reception staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. It is a very busy clinic and they do their best to accommodate you with an appointment when required. Doctors and nurses are very professional, caring and knowledgeable. They listened well to my concerns and took prompt action (was admitted to hospital for further tests) highly recommend this clinic

I have been a patient at this practise for many years and have always enjoyed the treatment I have been given. The receptionists are friendly and the nurses and doctors are personal and do not watch the clock like I have experienced in Europe. I know this means that they might not always run exactly on time but it also means that they have your interest at heart and that is what I would like to expect from a doctor. Keep up the great work.

I've been a patient at this practice for many years now and I have always had great experiences from the team there. From the receptionists, Nurses and Doctors, I've always had professional and friendly treatment; not always on time, but when it's my turn I feel the doctors are never pressured for time and I never feel hurried. They are a pleasure to visit.

The doctors at this practice are empathetic and highly skilled. What I particularly like about them is their holistic and thorough approach to diagnosis. The staff is kind and courteous. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I are new to this practice and they have been outstanding. We have been through a rough time and the practice has been very supportive and all the staff have gone above and beyond. We can not thank you enough. Highly recommend this clinic!!

Good service! As new parents we felt that it was important to have good doctors that could tell us when our baby needed medical help and when she was doing ok by herself. Its rare to find doctors or nurses that don't force things on new parents when they are actually not really required - we didn't feel the pressure here! They text us when they feel vaccinations or checks are due without obligation.

What an amazing practice. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, making for a very pleasant experience. The service is very efficient and accommodating, I very rarely have any problems getting an appointment. I couldn't recommend this practice more.

I've been lucky to have been a patient of Pat's since around 1989/90 and have always found her to be efficient and easy to talk with. I have seen Meg on a couple of occasions when Pat was unavailable and she is great too. The nurses are helpful and efficient and the front line reception staff friendly.

Athena Drummond is my doctor she is amazing :) Also the nurses I have met are very nice and very funny during awkward situations. It's a bit pricey but just took up work health insurance to help finance my visits :)

I have been a patient of Sunset Road family Drs since 1991. They have helped me thru some pretty tough times when doing chemo and open heart surgery. I have nothing but praise for the team after all these years. I see people complain about time waiting.Well if it was you in with the Dr you wouldn't say, hurry up there's folk in the waiting room. Thank you Sunset team for your support over the last 27 years.

Great family practice, really nice receptionists, all staff make you feel welcome. Nurses are really great and know their stuff. Great variety of doctors. Highly recommend.

Transferred here a few years ago. Originally great but such a big turnover of doctors changing all the time, most dont even read your file so very impersonal. Patti good but hardly there now. Took a fantastic locum Ian Symes who was filling to finally determine I had pneumonia and needed respiratory specialist after so many visits and tests. Thank goodness he is still relieving.

Recently transfered from my old Dr and clinic in town, and find this clinic much more personal, and they care. Dr Patti Piper is always happy to see me, and calms my fears. From a sniffle to something serious I get the full treatments, without feeling embrassed or nervous. She puts me at ease. She's becoming part of my family.

I have been patient with Patti since 1989, she is a thorough doctor with a great manner and always greets you in a friendly and professional manner. Highly reccommend Patti and her team for their great service.

Fantastic doctors and nurses! Friendly, professional staff who are dedicated to looking after us when we are unwell and also helping us stay healthy.

They are always running late, and once had the nerve to cancel my appt because I was 5 mins late (with two small children) and the dr was now on the phone.

This is a great family practice. Dr Patti always goes the extra mile.. I have also found her staff to be very welcoming and helpful.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO SUNSET ROAD DOCTORS SINCE I WAS LITTLE AND NOW I TAKE MY FAMILY THERE... MY DOCTOR IS PATTI PIPPER AND SHE IS THE BEST DOCTOR THERE IS... SHE IS SO CARING AND SHE REALLY LOOKS AFTER US.. THEY DONT HAVE THE HORRIBLE RECEPTIONISTS THERE ANYMORE IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PLACE NOW AND THE NEW LADIES AT THE DESK ARE ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!! BUT PATTI IS THE BEST DOCTOR FOR SURE.. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR SHE IS AMAZING!! NOW THEY ARE ABLE TO OFFER FREE FOR UNDER 5 OR 6 THATS AWESOME!!
