E.I have been going to Takapuna IPL & Skin Clinic for at least a couple of years now and can't speak highly enough of the quality of service that I've received. Sherry is excellent at what she does, she makes you feel at ease and is very professional. I can highly recommend Sherry for skin and beauty treatments. Always great conversation too!

I always feel amazing after a visit at Takapuna IPL & Skin Clinic, doesn't matter if it's only for a brow shape, facial, laser hair treatment or the whole package. I have been going for about 6 years now and would keep on going for many years to come, recommend it over and over.
V.Never thought IPL treatment was for me, even after the first session I wasn't convinced but my facial hair said otherwise and I'm now converted! Sherry is soo welcoming and has helped me overcome the fear of IPL treatment. Would recommend Sherry and her professional services to anyone 👍🙂
F.I am mixed race (British & Jamaican) and several places said they couldn't treat me because of my dark skin. I had IPL in the past which was effective but excruciating! A friend recommended Sherry at Takapuna IPL & Skin clinic over a year ago and I haven't looked back since! My results are the same, if not better than IPL, the treatment is NOT painful at all and is much quicker and Sherry is so lovely. As dramatic as it sounds, coming here has changed my life, I no longer have to worry about shaving/waxing and being self conscious, I can wear what I want when I want, I am more confident in my own skin & I am no longer filled with dread & anxiety before my treatments. I would definitely recommend it!
n.IPL is completely worth it (I had quite dark facial hair and now it’s barely there - plus it’s completely painless, very fast, and a lot less bothersome than shaving) and Takapuna IPL has been just wonderful to me. Sherry is very knowledgeable and professional and always has answers to any questions I might have. The clinic itself is beautiful and clean too. I just can’t say enough nice things about them !!
A.Sherry is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about everything to do with skin. Both times I have been to see her I have left feeling very happy with the treatments I have had. I will definitely continue going and hopefully begin doing other treatments with her.
M.After a lot of online research I found and chosen Sherry for much needed help with my skin. Sherry was very welcoming and knowledgeable, she has both amazing technical and interpersonal skills. The red spots in my face are fading to the point that I got nothing to else to say but WOW! She gave me tips on how to look after my skin, as well as a recommendation for a top notch cream to treat my problem (facial capillaries/rosacea) and some IPL. I am looking forward to more sessions! J.I first went to Sherry with a scar on my chest and I am now getting IPL as well as the scar treatment. Sherry is an absolute professional and I am pleased to say that we are probably only a couple of treatments away from being able to wear dresses and show my chest again confidently. Sherry knows her stuff and is always upskilling. She has the latest technology which has aided in my treatment. I now have a travel a distance to get to her, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She genuinely cares about her clients and their wellbeing. I would recommend her to anyone.

I book monthly as a gift to myself and count the days in between appointments. This last appointment was exceptional because she used the new line of THALCO products. I have been receiving laser treatments over the past year and I could not be happier with the results and treatments themselves, the laser is painless and effective on so many different skin types and hair colours. K.I am always left feeling refreshed when I leave. I get the dermaplanning and a facial that is educated to me on the day that is best for my skin at present. The facial is extremely relaxing with a beautiful massage from Sherry that leaves my skin tight and lifted. I have been coming here once a month for I think the past 6-7 months now and it’s my regular routine. I would recommend this, I have had many compliments about my skin since coming here.

R.I have been to Takapuna IPL for Derma rolling and IPL. Both treatments have been great, but the Derma rolling or needle rolling as it’s sometimes know has been life changing. I have not left the house without make up since I was 14. I have had ongoing skin problems since then and I am now 31. Since having the rolling to reduce my scaring from acne I wear less make up and sometimes wear none. I wear my own skin confidently now, as the scars have visibly lightened, and my skin looks smoother. I have also noticed since starting rolling I haven’t had a proper breakout. If you have been thinking about getting rolling, do it. It’s worth every penny! Sherry has been amazing, and is a very calm and caring person. I would recommend Takapuna IPL for anyone wanting a great and knowledgeable beauty therapist.
